Student answer (Band 5.0)
Populace in most of the countries dont consider recycling their waste materials as a crucial step although, they have the capabilities to do that. This essay will outline the reasons why people are not doing it as a mandatory step. I maintain the view that states of such countries ought to provide the required facilities and also spread awareness about that.
Generally, there are several factors because of which public in most of nations dont try to opt it. First of all, mostly the states are underdeveloped and unprivileged where individuals are umemployed and living from hand to mouth. Moreover, This type of activities require higher costs for which they have to go to an extra mile. This is examplified as, fuels and transpot prices are increasing on daily basis because of acrimony of states. However, some waste materials are needed to be passed through some procedures to concert them into use

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You identify a relevant reason—cost—and suggest that governments provide facilities and raise awareness. However, the response addresses the task only partially: the causes are not clearly explained, and the proposed actions are stated in the introduction but not developed in the body. The claim that people are unemployed and “living from hand to mouth” does not explain directly why recycling rates are low, while the point about fuel and transport costs is difficult to connect to household recycling. The final sentence is unfinished, so it does not complete the explanation. The response is also 100 words below the required minimum, leaving too little space to explain both questions with examples. Develop each cause and solution with a clear explanation and a relevant example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some basic organisation: an opening paragraph introduces the topic, and the next paragraph begins to discuss reasons. Linking phrases such as “First of all” and “Moreover” show an attempt to sequence points. However, there is no clear overall progression from causes to solutions, and the response ends mid-idea rather than reaching a conclusion. Connections between sentences are sometimes unclear; for example, the move from unemployment to the cost of recycling and then to rising fuel prices does not establish how these points relate. The reference “This type of activities” is also unclear. Use separate, fully developed paragraphs for causes and solutions, and make each sentence explicitly connect to the main point.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt some topic-related and less common vocabulary, including “recycling,” “waste materials,” “facilities,” and “awareness.” However, several choices are inaccurate or unnatural and make parts of the argument difficult to follow. “Populace” is an awkward choice for people in this context, “opt it” is unclear, and “concert them into use” appears to mean converting waste into reusable materials. There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “umemployed,” “examplified,” and “transpot.” These issues limit precision even though the general topic remains recognisable. Prefer familiar, accurate collocations such as “sort household waste,” “recycling facilities,” and “turn waste into reusable products,” and check spelling carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a relative clause in “factors because of which…” and a sentence beginning “although.” However, control is inconsistent, and errors sometimes make the intended relationships hard to understand. For example, “although, they have the capabilities” has incorrect punctuation and an unclear pronoun reference; “This type of activities require” has a number-agreement problem; and “some waste materials are needed to be passed” uses an awkward passive construction. Several sentences also run together without appropriate spacing or punctuation. Practise building clear subject–verb sentences, checking singular and plural agreement, and using subordinate clauses with accurate punctuation. A wider range will be more effective when the sentence structure is controlled.
