Student answer (Band 5.5)
Nowadays, technology makes it possible that we can easily recycled the waste material, while people in many nation, do not recycle their waste at a particular level which is acceptable and allowed to do it because of busy schedules and a lack of interest. Let us further delve into the topic with some relevant examples.
To commence with, many people in foreign countries does not give significant to the recycling process because they are unaware about the exact benefits we get from the recycling process. while, the people think that it is a time consuming process, as well as it include hardwork and it is a waste of time. Therefore, instead of doing this procedure, they buy the new products everytime when they need without even thinking about the environment. Athough we have limited resources on earth, so we have to think about our future generation also.
On the other hand, we have to take some small steps to make people more aware about how the waste is hazardous for our body and nature. However, it will not only helps us to reduce the waste materials from the surroundings, but also play a crucial role in the cleaning of our ecosystem by reducing the plastic and paper waste. Government should take some action regarding the managment of the rubbish materials by reycling process and others such as allocated a specific place where people will dump their reycling waste. In addition, there should be a special class for the students regarding waste management in schools.
To conclude, waste management is a serious concern raised all around the world nowadays. some people are already concerned about their rubbish but the percent is very less as compared to the total population. we should take some more inecatives to reduce the waste and make people more educated towards the impact of waste on our lives and fossil fuels

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both parts of the question: you suggest that limited awareness and the belief that recycling takes too much time discourage people, then propose education, government action, designated recycling areas and school lessons. These are relevant responses, and your conclusion reinforces the need to improve public understanding. However, some points are asserted rather than explained. For example, you say people are unaware of recycling’s benefits but do not specify what those benefits are or how awareness might change behaviour. The proposed government measures also need more detail about how they would work. Develop each main idea with a clear explanation or a specific example, and make the link between the causes and solutions more explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure, moving from an introduction to causes, solutions and a conclusion. Paragraphing helps distinguish these stages, and signposts such as “To commence with,” “On the other hand” and “To conclude” make the direction of the essay apparent. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. The opening sentence combines technology, recycling levels and possible causes without a clear progression, while “while” at the start of a sentence does not establish a clear contrast. The solutions paragraph also shifts quickly from public awareness to government facilities and school classes. Use simpler, more precise links between ideas, and organise each body paragraph around one main point that is explained before moving to the next.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of topic vocabulary, including “recycling process,” “waste management,” “ecosystem” and “fossil fuels,” so the subject is generally clear. There are also attempts at more formal phrasing, such as “a crucial role” and “limited resources.” However, inaccurate word choice, collocation and spelling are noticeable and sometimes make the message less natural: “give significant to” does not express the intended meaning, “hardwork” is unsuitable here, and “allocated a specific place” is not the right phrase for providing a recycling site. Errors such as “managment,” “reycling” and “inecatives” also reduce accuracy. Build precision by learning common word partnerships and checking spelling before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including a contrast with “not only … but also” and a conditional idea about future generations. However, control is uneven, and errors in agreement, verb forms, articles and sentence boundaries occur across the response. For example, “many people … does not give” has a subject–verb agreement problem, while “it will not only helps us” combines incompatible verb forms. The opening sentence is also difficult to follow because several clauses are joined without clear grammatical relationships. Practise checking each sentence’s subject and main verb, and use complex structures only when their clauses are clearly connected. More accurate sentence construction would make your ideas easier to understand.
