Student answer (Band 6.0)
Recycling is the very important topic to discuss because of it's positive impacts on our environment. As compared to the past, people are aware about the recycling of used products but they do not want to put efforts mainly because of laziness and having little civic sense. To tackle this problem, mindsets need to be changed by bringing more sense of responsibility.
Humans are living in advanced world now which is full of modern facilities. Since many years, government has a regulatory authority for proper disposal of trash so that the used products which can be utilized again can be renewed. Despite this, people are hasitant in putting a small effort of just separating their trash like glass , plastics, iron material and the other eaten goods. This can speedup the process of recycling. It is a whole cycle of laziness starting from our homes extending to our authorities in terms of not giving consequences to people who are not cooperating.
For improvemet in the future, regulatory authorities need to be active in this particular matter. Those who collect trash from house doors should check the separate trash before going to the next door. Secondly, environment friendly bins can be implant in every street so disposal can be facilitated. Bins should have colour codes for each trash product. Along with that, people should be given workshops regarding benefits of recycling upon environemnent in which we breath. This might help to motivate people ,to save this world atleast for their next generations.
In the conclusion, people's behvaiors can be change by working together. Those who practice this by, should make sure that people arround them are also participating, because at the end other's fault could be hazardous for them as well. Along with that, burning of trash is a serious problem that needs to be stop as it directly mixes harmful gases in our air.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both parts of the question: you identify laziness and limited civic responsibility as reasons for low recycling, then suggest enforcement, colour-coded bins and public workshops. These are relevant and give the response a clear overall direction. The explanation that people avoid the effort of separating rubbish is understandable, but the causes are not explored in much depth; for example, you could explain whether inconvenience, lack of facilities or uncertainty about sorting rules contributes to the problem. The proposed checks by collectors and workshops are useful, though their practical impact is asserted rather than supported with a specific example. The final point about burning rubbish is relevant to waste management but is not clearly connected to the question of increasing recycling.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, a paragraph explaining the problem, a paragraph proposing measures and a conclusion. Ideas generally progress in a sensible order, and signposting such as “Secondly” and “Along with that” helps readers follow the suggestions. This meets the lower-band expectation of coherent organisation and shows some of the flexibility associated with stronger cohesion. However, some links are mechanical or unclear. For instance, “It is a whole cycle of laziness” does not clearly explain the relationship between household sorting and authorities’ actions, while “Those who practice this by” is difficult to follow. Make each paragraph’s central point explicit and use pronouns and linking phrases only when their references are clear.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “regulatory authorities,” “separating their trash,” “colour codes” and “harmful gases,” so the main ideas are generally understandable. There are also attempts at more formal phrasing, such as “sense of responsibility.” However, noticeable spelling, word-form and collocation problems limit precision: “hasitant,” “improvemet,” “behvaiors” and “environemnent” are misspelled, while “implant” and “speedup” are not natural choices in these contexts. Some expressions, such as “eaten goods” and “save this world,” are vague or imprecise. Build accuracy by checking spelling and choosing standard collocations for waste sorting, public facilities and environmental education.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including a reason clause beginning “Since many years” and a relative clause in “products which can be utilized again.” Most of the message remains understandable, and the response has a recognisable sentence structure. Some errors in agreement, verb forms, articles and punctuation nevertheless reduce accuracy. Examples include “people are hasitant” (the verb is unnecessary), “bins can be implant” (the passive form is incorrect), and “people's behvaiors can be change.” The opening also needs an article in “Recycling is the very important topic,” and commas are misplaced in phrases such as “people ,to save.” Review basic verb patterns and agreement, then proofread punctuation while retaining your attempts at longer sentences.
