As we can see the relaxing percentage of UK and Germany students are the same while for Japan is only 4%. However, Japanese students have spent plenty of time in studying which is 4-5% more than UK and Germany.
If we see the sleeping percentage UK and Germany shows almost the same whereas, Japan is at 7%.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 150 words, which significantly impacts the ability to fully develop the response. While the main features of the bar chart are identified, the analysis is superficial and lacks the necessary detail to provide a comprehensive overview. The comparisons between countries are present but are often unclear or mathematically inaccurate based on the provided data. To improve, you must expand your analysis by describing the trends more thoroughly and ensuring that all data points are clearly explained and compared in relation to the overall task.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The response is organized into short paragraphs, but the logical progression is weak. While some cohesive devices like 'However' and 'Therefore' are used, they are sometimes employed incorrectly or do not effectively link the ideas. The referencing is occasionally confusing, particularly when comparing the three countries. The structure feels disjointed, and the lack of a clear overview or summary sentence at the beginning or end makes the information harder to follow. Improving the use of transition signals and ensuring each paragraph has a clear focus would enhance the flow.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is quite limited and repetitive, relying heavily on basic terms like 'percentage', 'time', and 'studying'. There are instances of awkward phrasing, such as 'the relaxing percentage of UK and Germany students', which is not natural English. The range of vocabulary is insufficient to demonstrate the flexibility required for higher bands. To improve, you should incorporate more precise academic vocabulary related to data description, such as 'proportion', 'allocate', 'significant', and 'marginal', and focus on improving your collocations.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The response contains a mix of simple sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Examples include 'Japanese students have spent plenty of time in studying' (incorrect tense and preposition usage) and 'UK and Germany shows' (subject-verb agreement error). There is a lack of complex sentence structures, which limits the grammatical range. To achieve a higher score, you need to work on subject-verb agreement, accurate verb tense usage, and incorporating a wider variety of complex sentence forms with greater precision.
