IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The bar chart shows the typical weekday for students in three different countries.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The bar graph display various activities (sleeping, studying and relaxing) perform by students of UK, Japan and Germany from monday to friday.

Overall, it can be seen that most number of students paying attention to studies in Japan and Germany followed by sleeping while in UK sleeping has the more numbers, and least numbers are accounted for relaxing in all three countries.

In japan most numbers of students accounted for studying with the value of 13 followed by sleeping with 7 numbers and relaxing has less numbers which is only 4 and this the least among all country as well. Germany follows the same trend where studying and sleeping accounted for 9 and 8 respectively while relaxing has 7.

UK follwed the different trend, in Uk most numbers are taken by sleeping which are 8.5 while study ranked for 2nd number with 8, and relaxing remained at last position like other countries with only 7 numbers.
