Smoking is a very bad habit in the whole world. Some people believe that it is very good for health while most of them are fully disagree that it's kill the humans. I am fully agree with those people who are saying it is a cause of death. In this essey we are going to explain this topic.
On the one hand, smoking is a bad habit. it can kill humans. There are a lot of countries who have big factories and they are making a lot of cigarette every day. In one house two to four people smoking every day. They cost a huge amout of money. Which prove that they are wasting cash. Factories also distroying air with harmful gasses. If you smoke in public it is not good specialy for childrens. It is producing pollution in a huge quantity which is a big problem for whole world.
On the other hand, few people think that this thing is very good for their health if they are in stress smoking is very helpful for them. It is also help to digest food within two hours. This also a good for mental health. For example, a patient who is depressed he think that smoking is like medicine for him. If you don't allow him he will become more syco. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response addresses the task partially, taking a clear stance that smoking should be made illegal. However, the ideas are quite limited and under-developed. For example, the notion that smoking helps digestion or acts as a medicine for stress in the third paragraph is presented without adequate explanation or logical support. Similarly, the points regarding factories and air pollution are loosely connected to the core question of whether smoking itself should be banned. To reach a higher level, the writer needs to extend and support all arguments with well-developed explanations and relevant examples rather than relying on brief, generalised assertions.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
There is some basic organisation with the use of standard linking phrases such as 'On the one hand', 'On the other hand', and 'In conclusion', which helps divide the text into paragraphs. However, there is no clear overall progression of ideas, and the logical flow between sentences within paragraphs is frequently disrupted. Cohesive devices are sometimes inaccurate or repetitive, and referencing is occasionally unclear, as seen with phrases like 'this thing' or 'Which prove that'. Paragraphing is attempted, but internal cohesion needs significant strengthening to guide the reader smoothly through the argument.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The vocabulary range is limited and minimally adequate for the task. The writer relies heavily on basic, repetitive terms such as 'bad habit', 'money', and 'people'. There are noticeable errors in word choice, word form, and spelling throughout the text, including 'essey' instead of essay, 'amout' instead of amount, 'distroying' instead of destroying, 'specialy' instead of specially, and 'syco' instead of psycho. These lexical errors and awkward collocations cause some difficulty for the reader and reflect a restricted vocabulary control that requires considerable expansion.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The response displays a very limited range of structures, depending mostly on simple sentences with frequent basic errors. Attempts at complex sentences, such as 'Some people believe that it is very good for health while most of them are fully disagree that it's kill the humans', are faulty. There are frequent errors in verb forms, tense consistency, subject-verb agreement, and articles, such as 'it's kill', 'This also a good', and 'the smoking is a big problem'. These frequent errors frequently strain the reader and obscure the intended meaning, demonstrating a need for much stronger control over basic grammatical patterns.
