It is a big causes for many different types to illness such as lung cancer,TB and shortness of breath. For example one of my friends father died due to he was a chain smoker and he got cancer in his lungs after so many tries my friends family couldn't safe him.
However teenaagers are also fall into it gradually. It impact in our society very badly. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You state a clear overall view in the opening: smoking is harmful and “should be banned,” and you give relevant reasons, including illness, addiction, and effects on teenagers. The example about your friend’s father also supports the health argument. However, the response only partly develops the question of making smoking illegal: it mentions banning and government action, but does not explain how a legal ban would work or consider possible objections. Some evidence, such as the “85%” and “88.8%” figures, is presented without context or explanation, so its relevance is unclear. The response is also 8 words below the required minimum. Develop the legal-policy argument and explain examples more fully.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a basic structure: an opening position, a paragraph about health effects, and a final paragraph about teenagers and government action. This gives the reader a general sense of the argument, and examples are placed near the points they support. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow. For instance, “Whereas it is very costly…” does not connect clearly to the preceding sentence, and “However” introduces teenagers without a clear contrast. Several ideas are joined in long sentences, especially in the final paragraph, making relationships between claims unclear. Use clearer topic sentences, divide complex points into shorter units, and choose linking words according to the actual relationship between ideas.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “addicted,” “lung cancer,” “shortness of breath,” “public awareness,” and “new generation.” These choices show that you can communicate the main subject and its effects. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate or misspelled expressions make parts of the response harder to understand, such as “accrue many type of disease,” “big causes,” and “camping for banned smoking.” Some phrases are also imprecise, including “smoke itself is a drug” and “globalization” in this context. Aim for accurate collocations and check spelling carefully; more precise wording will help you express the health and policy arguments without relying on repeated general terms such as “issue” and “disadvantages.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a conditional idea in “When people are aware… they took effective steps,” and you use clauses to add examples. However, complex structures are often faulty, and frequent errors sometimes make the intended meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “the number of individuals are addicted,” “teenagers are also fall into it,” and “my friends family couldn't safe him.” Verb forms, subject–verb agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries need particular attention. The sentence beginning “In UK statics…” is also incomplete after “2025,” because “Which is very dangerous…” is a fragment. Practise building accurate sentences first, then combine them using subordinate clauses.
