Yes, i do agree that smoking should be unlawful because it has lots of health disadvantages which contains overall body health and can be deadly smoking is often practiced by many individuals vast of the smoking practice is done by most adults and teenagers which not only impacts on their health but on the country as well. There are varieties for smoking such as cigarettes, vapes, hookah and many otthers nowadays, most of the teenagers is attracted to the vapes which is not a good thing for overall health the main factor for smoking are the person who influence others for instance a child grows in a environment where his father mother or his family members smokes then he or she might be affected by the ambient of it and they also might practice it like their family members did.
Smoking not only cause the harm to its user but it also can effect the non smokers or person who are close to it one study suggests that smokig cigarettes effects the individuals who are around it more than the consumer it self.mainly, smoking should be restricted in areas where there are groups of people like hotels, bus stop, office, supermarket and varities of public areas government should make strict law for peoples who smokes in public.
In conclusion, smoking can cause severe health risks for users and more to the people who are near to it but mainly smoking should be made illegal for teenagers and should be prohibited from public areas.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You take a clear position in favour of making smoking illegal, and you give relevant reasons, including harm to smokers and people nearby, young people being influenced by family members, and the need to restrict smoking in public places. These points show an understanding of the topic. However, the response only partly addresses the question: the conclusion shifts from making smoking illegal to banning it only for teenagers and in public areas, leaving your overall position unclear. Several claims, such as the reference to a study, are not explained or supported, and the discussion does not consider why a complete ban might be difficult or whether other measures could work. Develop fewer points with specific explanation and examples, and maintain one consistent position throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
Your response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. The ideas about personal harm, second-hand smoke and public restrictions are relevant, and phrases such as “In conclusion” help signal the ending. However, progression within the body paragraphs is difficult to follow because several points are crowded into long sentences, especially the paragraph about teenagers, family influence and different forms of smoking. Connections between ideas are sometimes unclear, and the conclusion does not follow consistently from the opening position. Use one main idea per paragraph, divide long sentences, and make the relationship between each reason and your argument explicit. This would create a clearer overall progression rather than relying mainly on basic linking phrases.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “health issues,” “fatal,” “non smokers,” “influence,” and “restricted,” so the reader can understand the general subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or combinations are inaccurate or repetitive. For example, “health disadvantages which contains overall body health” does not express the intended meaning clearly, while “ambient of it” and “the consumer it self” are unnatural in context. Repeated use of “smoking,” “health,” and “people” also limits precision. Spelling errors such as “otthers,” “smokig,” and “varities” further reduce control. Build a more precise set of phrases for health effects, second-hand exposure and legal restrictions, and check spelling and collocations when editing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt to express connected and complex ideas, for example by using “because” and “where” to explain reasons and circumstances. However, many sentences contain frequent errors in sentence boundaries, agreement, articles and verb forms, which sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow. The long sentence beginning “Yes, i do agree” runs several ideas together without clear punctuation. Other examples include “smoking not only cause,” “most of the teenagers is attracted,” and “a environment,” where the grammatical forms do not agree. Capitalisation and punctuation are also inconsistent. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with controlled clauses; carefully check subject–verb agreement, articles and full stops.
