Healthy life is the desire of every person which they want but nowadays the drugs and smoking is becoming is very normal in this generation especially in this young generation .

smoking is the main cause of cancer like e ciggerates and normal ciggerates, and this young generation with knowing of this cause they still do it as they consider it doing fun activity or just a trend which is more than a stupidity as they are playing it with their own life , and insted of having a healthy life they just get serious illness like cancer or lung deseases which mostly leads to death. Morever if a person do physical activites like gym or any sports and he still do smoking it can greatly affect his stamina and can bring difficulties for as he would not realise in short term but in the long term smoking greatly affects the stamina and can cause breathing difficulties. therefore insted of having fun which smoking or just doing it for the trend the person shiuld avoid it to have a healthy life.

To stop smoking the goverments should be involved like they should ban the supplies of the any drugs soo the generation especially the youngs one dosent smoke . Moreover the parents should also play a part in it by keeping an eye on their childrens wheather they are involved in any drugs taking activity ensuring saftey for their own childrens . Morever tv advirtisements and youtube ads can also play an important part in creating a sense of responsibilty in person for not doing smoking for their own good and healthy life . Therefore by this way the childrens and people can stop smoking which is leading to serious illness and it should be made illegal.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You take a position that smoking should be stopped and made illegal, and you give relevant reasons, including cancer, lung disease, reduced stamina and breathing difficulties. The example of someone who exercises but continues to smoke helps connect the issue to everyday life. However, the response only partly develops the question of whether smoking should be illegal: most of the discussion explains why smoking is harmful, while the case for prohibition and its likely effects are asserted rather than examined. The suggestions about government bans, parental supervision and advertising are relevant, but their roles are not clearly distinguished or supported. State your degree of agreement directly in the introduction, then develop one or two reasons for that position with specific explanation or examples.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an opening, a paragraph on health effects, and a final paragraph proposing ways to reduce smoking. This gives the reader a basic route through your ideas. However, progression within paragraphs is often difficult to follow because several points are joined into long sentences, and links such as “Moreover” and “Therefore” are repeated or do not always show the precise relationship between ideas. For example, the final paragraph moves from government action to parents and then advertisements without explaining how these measures fit together. Use clearer topic sentences and separate each main point into manageable sentences. More precise referencing and a wider range of linking expressions would make the argument easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “cancer,” “lung diseases,” “stamina,” “breathing difficulties” and “illegal,” so the main subject is generally clear. There are also attempts to express evaluation, such as describing smoking as a “trend.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or repetitive, including “doing fun activity,” “ban the supplies” and “sense of responsibility in person.” Frequent spelling errors, such as “ciggerates,” “insted” and “deseases,” also make the writing less fluent and can distract the reader. Build a bank of accurate topic phrases and check spelling carefully. Aim for precise expressions rather than repeating “healthy life,” “young generation” and “smoking.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including clauses beginning with “which” and “as,” and you communicate the general meaning despite errors. However, the range is limited, and attempts to combine many ideas often produce faulty sentences. For example, “the drugs and smoking is becoming is very normal” has problems with agreement and sentence construction, while “if a person do physical activites … and he still do smoking” contains errors in verb forms and clause structure. Missing or incorrect articles, plurals and punctuation also occur throughout. Practise building accurate sentences with one main idea at a time, then add subordinate clauses only when you can control their structure. Proofread for subject–verb agreement and sentence boundaries.
