Smoking in one of the leading causes of various health problems and this activities should be restricted. I completely agree with this statement, as smoking is responsible for life-threating illness and involes waste of money.
There is no doubt that, smoking can causes several chronic disease. Cigarette contains a lots of harmful chemicals, which is entered into the human body by smoking. It can causes lung cancer, heart diseases and breathing difficulties.cigarette contains sevetal toxic chemicals, which create harmful fumes. This fumes can spreads with the air. Not only the person who somke is affected, but also other person around the smoker affected in the same way like the the smoker. For instance, there are huge chance that the infant who raise in a families where smoking is common activities, can have a severe heart disease from yhe chilhood.
Moreover, smoking involves a lot waste of money in response to both heathcare and the cigarette itself. Smoker buy cigarette on a daily basis, which cost a lot of money. On the other hand, people who affected by different types of health issues for smoking need to get a treatment. As the healthcare in our country is not cheap at all, people have to suffer substantial financial loss. For example, heart attack is now a common phenomenon, the person who is not financiallay able to take treatment, may be have to accept the lifeloss.
In conclusion, smoking is a life-threating problen and people have to cost this financilally. So the government and other organization should be come forward and take necessary measures to address this issues.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear from the introduction: you agree that smoking should be restricted because it causes illness and wastes money. The response gives relevant support, including second-hand smoke affecting people nearby and the cost of treatment, so it addresses the main issue. However, the task asks whether smoking should be made illegal, while your essay mainly argues for restrictions and does not explain whether a complete ban is justified or how it might work. The financial argument is also less fully developed than the health argument, and the example about a person unable to afford treatment is not clearly linked to smoking. Clarify the extent of your agreement and develop each reason with a more precise explanation or example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting reasons, and a conclusion. The progression from health effects to financial costs is logical, and signposts such as “Moreover” and “In conclusion” help readers follow the main stages. Within the first body paragraph, however, the point about harmful chemicals is repeated, and some links between sentences are unclear—for example, the move from second-hand smoke to the infant example. Referencing is also occasionally confusing, as in “This fumes” and “the person who is not financially able.” Organise each paragraph around one clearly stated point, remove repeated information, and use pronouns and linking phrases that make the relationships between ideas explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “chronic disease,” “harmful chemicals,” “toxic chemicals,” “healthcare,” and “financial loss.” These choices show an attempt to discuss health and economic consequences rather than relying only on basic terms. However, the range is limited by repeated use of “smoking,” “harmful,” and “a lot,” while several inaccurate word choices or forms make parts difficult to understand, such as “life-threating,” “involes,” “lifeloss,” and “cost this financially.” Some collocations are also unnatural, including “common phenomenon” for heart attacks and “accept the lifeloss.” Build a more precise set of expressions for causes, consequences, and costs, and check spelling and word forms carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a contrast with “Not only … but also” and a conditional clause beginning “As the healthcare in our country is not cheap.” This gives the response some structural variety, and the main ideas can generally be followed. However, errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries occur across the essay. Examples include “smoking can causes,” “Cigarette contains,” and “This fumes can spreads”; the sentence beginning “Not only the person…” also lacks a clear matching structure. Several sentences run together, such as the one ending “breathing difficulties.cigarette.” Practise accurate subject–verb agreement and clause construction, and use full stops and commas to separate complete ideas.
