Student answer (Band 5.5)
Many people thought that the current system of both teachers and students in the classroom will no longer exist by the year 2050 so I completely disagree with this opinion. This essay disagree with notion. Physical classes play an important role if teacher and students in the classroom will no longer exist so student can't focus on their studies and only online classes not complete students course. For Example in UK students can take physical classes as well as online classes there are 4 physical classes and 3 online classes in a week. Through this students can enjoy to go school if they go school in regular basis which can bore them. Another, reason why I disagree is that teachers play important role in student life which not complete acdemic course but also motivate them. For Example if there is only online classes so through social media so we can get all informatin about our course so it can also impact teachers to risk of loss their jobs it can causes empolyment. In my conculusion if both teachers and students are no longer exist in the class room which effect student life because teacher also motivate students. It also impact on teachers life to loss of jobs because student can take classes on social media free of cost.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response is completely off-topic. The task required a summary of a line graph showing visitor numbers to Caryl Island. Instead, the student wrote an argumentative essay about the future of education and the role of teachers. Because the response does not address the prompt at all, it fails to meet the requirements of the task. In an official IELTS examination, this would be treated as a memorised or irrelevant response, resulting in a score of 1.0 for Task Achievement. However, as per the instructions to evaluate the language produced, I have provided a score reflecting the total failure to address the specific data provided in the prompt.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is divided into paragraphs, but the logical progression is weak. While there are some attempts at cohesive devices such as 'Another reason' and 'In my conclusion', the lack of a coherent topic related to the prompt makes the overall structure confusing. The ideas do not flow logically because they are not connected to the task requirements. Referencing is often unclear, and the transition between ideas is mechanical rather than fluid. To improve, the student must focus on organizing information based on the data provided in the graph rather than writing a personal opinion essay.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is limited and repetitive. The student uses basic terms like 'important role', 'online classes', and 'students' repeatedly. There are several spelling errors, such as 'acdemic', 'informatin', 'empolyment', and 'conculusion'. The range of vocabulary is insufficient to demonstrate the flexibility required for higher bands. To improve, the student should learn topic-specific vocabulary related to describing trends, such as 'fluctuate', 'decline', 'peak', and 'gradual increase', and work on accurate spelling and word formation.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The response contains frequent grammatical errors that impede communication. There are significant issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'teachers and students... will no longer exist'), sentence structure (e.g., 'Another, reason why I disagree is that...'), and word order. The use of complex sentences is often faulty, leading to confusion. For example, 'if both teachers and students are no longer exist in the class room which effect student life' is grammatically incorrect. The student relies on simple sentence structures, and the frequent errors in basic grammar make the text difficult to follow.
