I partially agree with this statement and in this essay, I will give some arguments to support my opinion.

Generally speaking that, there are a number of a reasons why people believe that zoos should be closed. Perhaps the main reason why people think that is because when animals living in the cages, they do not grow up properly. This is because, they do not match the environment and they always monitored by guards who strictly enforce the rules. As a result, they may die before their expected lifespan. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

Your position is stated as “I partially agree,” and you give relevant reasons for closing zoos, including restricted living conditions and inadequate care. However, the response addresses the task only partially: it does not explain what circumstances might justify keeping some zoos open, so the partial-agreement position is not clarified. The second reason is cut off, and there is no developed example or conclusion to complete the argument. The response also contains 155 words, below the required 250, leaving too little space to explain and support your ideas. To strengthen the response, state clearly what you agree and disagree with, develop both sides of that position, and add a relevant example for each main point.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

There is a basic attempt to organise the response: an introduction presents your position, followed by a paragraph giving reasons against zoos. Linking expressions such as “Firstly” is not used, but “Secondly” and “As a result” help signal relationships between ideas. However, the overall progression is incomplete because the response ends during the second reason, without a contrasting paragraph or conclusion. Some connections are also awkward or unclear, as in “This is because, they do not match the environment,” where the relationship between the animals and their surroundings is difficult to follow. Build a complete structure with one paragraph for each main argument and a concluding summary, and use linking phrases only where they clearly express the relationship between ideas.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “controversial,” “environment,” “expected lifespan,” and “strictly enforce the rules,” which helps communicate the general subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or combinations are inaccurate, sometimes making the meaning difficult to understand. For example, “keep animal in cages,” “well natural forest,” and “nutri food” do not express the intended ideas naturally; “authorities are fail” also reflects an incorrect word form. Aim to learn vocabulary in accurate phrases, such as “animals kept in captivity,” “suitable natural habitats,” and “nutritious food.” More precise language would help you explain animal welfare and the role of zoos without relying on vague or unclear expressions.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a clause beginning “This is because” and a relative clause in “guards who strictly enforce the rules.” However, errors occur frequently, and some sentences are difficult to interpret. Examples include “It is often to said,” “when animals living in the cages,” and “they always monitored,” which show problems with verb forms and sentence construction. There are also errors with articles, agreement, and punctuation, as in “a number of a reasons” and the comma after “because” in “This is because, they do not match the environment.” Practise forming complete clauses with accurate subjects and verbs, then check articles and punctuation. Clearer control of these patterns will make your argument easier to follow.
