Student answer (Band 5.5)
Various species as an animals, birds are kept in zoo, which considerably not required as animals needs to feel free as human being. However, despite of freedom of animals, they need to be kept in cage. I strongly don't agree with the statement, as animals can be dangerous to set them free and organizing them in a place could bring numerous visitors to explore their habitants as well as boost economy.
First and foremost, one of the reason of disagreeing with the statements is because of the security of citizen. Animals, which has been kept in zoos from many years may harm people while they feel free outside the zoo. Wild animals, for instance, may not obey people's command outside so they tend to hamper in their way. Wheras, zoo's traniner effortless control every animals in a sequences smoothly in any circumstances. Furthemore, zoo is crucial factor that need to kept due to the fact that animal's home can not be replaced. Zoo often allow animals to feel safe and preserved as well by provide security.
Another pivotal factor of keeping zoos is that it enhance as well boost economy sector of nation. Numerous toursist vist zoos to explore animals life styles and their activity which consequnetly increase in the finance in particular sector. For example, Many people visit zoo to explore and get experience of animals as from near of their sight and they tend to buy ticket in the entrance. As a result, more cosutmer bring more money by the toursim buisiness. Therfore, by these factors of reasons, i believe that zoo must open so that we can keep animals in there.
In conclusion, despites of animals facing problem in cage, they need to be in zoo as if they are set to free they could be harmful to the citizen. Zoo not only provide security for animals but also enhance nation's economy

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear: you disagree with closing zoos, and you give two relevant reasons—public safety and economic benefits. The examples about wild animals potentially harming people and visitors buying tickets help connect your claims to the task. However, the argument that zoos provide animals with safety is asserted rather than explained, and the economic point is developed mainly through ticket sales without considering how this benefit supports keeping zoos open. The opening also acknowledges animals’ need for freedom, but you do not fully address whether this concern could be met through better conditions or alternatives to traditional cages. Develop these points with clearer explanation and specific supporting examples to make the response more complete and convincing.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a coherent overall structure: an introduction states your view, two body paragraphs present separate reasons, and a conclusion restates your position. Signposting such as “First and foremost,” “Another pivotal factor,” and “In conclusion” makes the progression easy to follow. However, some links between ideas are mechanical or unclear. For example, “despite of freedom of animals, they need to be kept in cage” does not clearly explain how the concession relates to your position, and “Therfore, by these factors of reasons” repeats the preceding point rather than drawing it together. Use pronouns and linking phrases with clear references, and make each paragraph develop its main idea in a more connected sequence.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “security,” “preserved,” “economy,” and “tourism,” and some choices help communicate your main points. However, inaccurate word choice, collocation, and spelling are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause. Examples include “explore their habitants” (apparently meaning habitats), “zoo’s traniner,” “animals life styles,” and “more cosutmer.” Phrases such as “boost economy sector of nation” and “hamper in their way” are also unnatural or unclear. Build accuracy by learning common word partnerships for this topic and checking spelling and word forms. Prefer precise, familiar expressions over ambitious phrases when you are unsure of their natural use.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use both simple and complex sentence forms, including relative clauses (“Animals, which has been kept in zoos…”) and a conditional structure (“if they are set to free…”). This gives the response some variety, and the main message is generally understandable. However, some errors in agreement, articles, verb forms, and sentence construction remain. For instance, “animals needs” should have a plural verb, while “one of the reason” needs a plural noun; “it enhance” also has incorrect subject–verb agreement. The opening sentence is difficult to follow because its structure is incomplete, and “by provide security” uses an incorrect verb form. Review agreement and article use, and proofread complex sentences to ensure each clause is grammatically complete.
