Student answer (Band 5.0)
There is no longer need to keep these animals in zoos Due to this, Zoos should be closed I agree with the given statement Animals also have right to live their lives so to keep them in a cage in a zoo thats mean we are bruital with this kind creature of ALLAH ALMIGHTY and keeping dangerous animals such as lion in the zoo might be prove dangerous for the visitors who visit zoos i explain why i agree that animals should not keep in zoos in the following passage According to my point of view,Most pf the animals are dangerous so if we keep these animals in the zoo they might harm and attack on visitors lives For instance, if there are no proper safety measuers then definitely those animals will attack the life of peoples by making the lives pf people in danger on the other hand,Every animal has the right that he can enjoy and live his life with full freedom so by keeping them in zoos mean we are taking their custody in our hands Morever, loss of many animals life is also happening like some of them died beacause we don not take care of them properly our carelessness can result in the loss of their life so we should keep them in forests so thatthey can live their life according their owns Although, the money we are wasting on the exhibition of these anmals we can use this money in establisment of any project such as by buliding houses for the poor people and by feeding the orphan childs

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear: you agree that zoos should close, and you give several relevant reasons, including animal freedom, risks to visitors, animal deaths through poor care, and alternative uses for zoo funding. These points show an attempt to address the question, but they are mostly asserted rather than explained or supported with specific examples. The visitor-safety argument is also less convincing as a reason to close all zoos, since it could instead support better safety measures. The final point about helping poor people and orphans is relevant to spending priorities but needs a clearer link to the central issue. Develop fewer reasons in more depth and support them with a concrete example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
The response contains a recognisable sequence of reasons, and phrases such as “For instance” and “on the other hand” show an effort to connect ideas. However, the writing is presented as one long block, with no clear paragraph structure, so the reader has difficulty seeing where one argument ends and another begins. Several ideas are joined together without clear transitions, and the opening repeats the position before moving into the reasons. Some linking phrases do not accurately express the relationship between ideas; for example, “on the other hand” introduces a related point about animal freedom rather than a contrasting view. Use separate paragraphs for your position, developed reasons, and conclusion, and choose simpler, more precise links.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “cage,” “visitors,” “safety measures,” “freedom,” and “exhibition,” which helps communicate your main concerns. However, the range is limited and several expressions are inaccurate or awkward, sometimes making the meaning harder to follow. Examples include “bruital with this kind creature,” “attack on visitors lives,” and “taking their custody in our hands.” Spelling and word-form errors such as “meas uers,” “establisment,” and “orphan childs” also reduce clarity. Build a more precise set of phrases for animal welfare and conservation, and check collocations and spelling. For instance, “animal welfare” and “pose a risk to visitors” would express your ideas more naturally.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt to express several connected ideas and use some subordinate clauses, such as “if we keep these animals in the zoo” and “so that they can live their life.” However, sentence structures are often incomplete or run together, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and punctuation frequently make the message difficult to read. For example, “animals should not keep in zoos” needs a passive construction, while “might be prove dangerous” has an incorrect verb form. The response also lacks sentence boundaries in places, creating long strings of clauses. Practise forming complete sentences with one main idea each, then check subject–verb agreement, passive forms, and punctuation before combining ideas into longer sentences.
