Student answer (Band 6.0)
Zoological park is a major way of conservation of our wildlife. It is thought that, there are no neccessity of kepting wild animal in zoo, as a result these animal reserver should be closed. I do not agree with that, because animal get the proper care in zoo and the other reason is these reserve help to reduce extinction of certain animal.
One of the main reason of the necessity of zoo is, animals get proper health care in regular basis.wildlife animal has not to face any enviornmental challenges, such as, flood, drough, excess rain. They dont have to face with scarcity of food. The authorities of these reserver are responsible for managing their food on time. Even the government provide fund for them. Moreover, they have the access the regular vaterinary treatment. As a result, the chance of dying for sickness can be redeced to some extent. For instance, in natural reservior there are no opportunity for vaterinary, so the animal have to die without any treatment.
In addition, the number of animal declining day by day as a result of predators and many greedy businessman. Animals get a safe environment in zoo so they able to breeding. In the consequence, the number can be increased and extiction of several animals can be prevent. However, as animals dont have as freedom as the animal of wild , many people think zoos should be close. But in a bigger context, zoo saves our biodiversity.
In conclusion, though there are a few reasons aginst of zoo, a lots of positive explanation has to support the zoos. So, i think the number of these reserver should increase. The government and other authorities should come forward to improvement of zoo.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
Your position is clear from the introduction: you disagree with closing zoos, and the conclusion reinforces this by recommending that their number increase. You address the central issue with relevant reasons, especially animal care and protection from extinction, and the example of veterinary treatment helps illustrate the first point. This meets the task well overall. However, some ideas are asserted more than developed: the claim that zoos help animals breed and prevent extinction would be stronger with a specific example or explanation of how breeding programmes work. You briefly acknowledge the opposing view that animals have less freedom, but do not explain or weigh this concern in much detail. Developing that counterargument and supporting key claims more precisely would make the response more complete and persuasive.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting reasons, and a conclusion. The progression from care and veterinary support to breeding and conservation is easy to follow, and signposts such as “Moreover,” “In addition,” and “In conclusion” help guide the reader. This gives the essay a coherent arrangement. At times, however, connections between claims are mechanical or unclear. For example, “In the consequence” does not express the relationship naturally, and the shift to the opposing view beginning “However” is brief and not fully integrated into the argument. Some references, such as “these reserve,” are also unclear. Use linking phrases that express the precise relationship between ideas, and make sure each paragraph develops one connected line of reasoning.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “conservation,” “extinction,” “predators,” “biodiversity,” and “veterinary treatment,” which helps communicate the subject. There are also attempts to use less common expressions, such as “environmental challenges” and “scarcity of food.” However, inaccurate word forms, spelling, and collocations are noticeable and sometimes make the reader pause: “neccessity,” “kepting,” “reserver,” “redeced,” and “extiction” are examples. Phrases such as “proper health care in regular basis” and “greedy businessman” are also not natural or precise in context. Build accuracy by checking spelling and learning vocabulary in common combinations, rather than translating phrases word by word. More precise terms for conservation practices would also strengthen the argument.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a reason clause (“because animal get the proper care”) and a contrast clause (“though there are a few reasons…”). The main ideas are generally understandable, but errors in agreement, articles, verb forms, and sentence construction occur across the response. For example, “animals get proper health care in regular basis” needs more accurate article and preposition use, while “the animal have to die” has a subject–verb agreement problem. The sentence beginning “One of the main reason…” also has an awkward structure, and punctuation is inconsistent, as in “basis.wildlife” and the spacing around commas. Practise editing for one grammatical feature at a time, especially plural agreement and complete, correctly punctuated sentences.
