Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.0
You state a position—“i agree this opinion with some extent”—and mention both possible benefits and harm, including effects on local people, national identity and GDP. These points are relevant to the question, but the response does not explain how tourism damages local cultures or the environment, and the benefits are only briefly asserted. The second paragraph begins an argument but stops at “supportive with p,” so there is no developed reason or example. The response is also substantially below the required minimum length, leaving the task only minimally addressed. To improve, state clearly how far you agree, then develop each main point with an explanation and a specific example related to culture or the environment.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 3.5
There is an attempt to organise the response: an opening paragraph gives your position, and “to begin with” signals the start of a supporting point. This provides a basic sense of direction. However, the argument does not progress beyond that opening, and the second paragraph ends mid-phrase, so the reader cannot follow a complete line of reasoning. The first paragraph also combines several ideas—local people, reputation, identity and GDP—without showing how they connect. Use separate paragraphs for distinct arguments, and link each claim to its explanation and example. Cohesive phrases can help, but they need to introduce complete, logically connected ideas.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “economic,” “reputation,” “identity” and “GDP,” and you try to express a qualified position. However, several word choices and forms make the meaning difficult to understand: “fastest upgrade industries,” “dimoninance the local people's” and “supportive with” do not communicate your intended ideas clearly. There are also spelling errors such as “belive” and “economiccs.” This shows some ability to use topic-related vocabulary, but accuracy and natural collocation are inconsistent. Choose familiar, precise expressions first, and check spelling and word forms. For example, tourism can “contribute to the economy” or “put pressure on local communities.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt more than isolated simple statements, including a sentence that contrasts tourism’s effects with “although,” and you use a position statement followed by a supporting paragraph. However, sentence control is inconsistent. In “i agree this opinion with some extent it dimoninance…,” the clauses are joined without a clear grammatical connection, and “although” in the following sentence does not form a complete, well-controlled contrast. The phrase “and to helps the GDP” also combines incompatible verb forms. Capitalisation and punctuation are inconsistent, including lowercase “i” and a comma before “although.” Practise building accurate simple sentences, then connect them with correctly structured contrast and reason clauses.
