Tourism is one of the most demanding and increasingly growing industries of the world also for most of the countries in the world it is a great source of revenue. Those countries who have great historical sites, buildings, castles, forts and mesmerising beauty, green meadows they generate handsome revenue from tourists. Visitors pay all the expenses of tour including living expenses of accomodation, travelling expenditures and also to get all essential things of daily life. Native population are benefited to large extent because visitors pay to get anything from them. Over the world around fourty to fourty five percent of the population are fond of travelling and have attaraction towards mountanious , desert and hilly areas as will. Moreover, some touristis attaracted towards historical sites and also medival stucture buildings. For instance, Maldive is among one of those countries which totaly rely on tourism the reason is it has famous beaches, river and resorts which attract people from worldwide. Tourism industry is their main contributer to GDP of Maldive. There are various example of countries which has great tourism industries and they earn huge money. Take the example of Pakistan, who has historical sites which reflects the architectural grandeur of the past and skyrockiting hills and fairy meadows in northern areas. Which is surely a humongous source of revenue for government and also for indeginous population as well. Visitors can harm the local culture and infringe their privacy by not giving them respect. Local population have very unique culture and tradition the visitors can blend with their own culture and tradition by violating their roles and do not respect their boundries. Tourist also deteriorate the native environment by polluted the visiting sites and throw their luggages or rappers on open areas instead of putting the materials into dustbin. Overall tourism has more benefits than its disadvantages because it is a great source of money to the local people.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both the economic benefits of tourism and the potential harm to local culture and the environment, and your final sentence makes your position clear: tourism has more benefits than disadvantages. The examples of the Maldives and Pakistan are relevant, particularly the reference to tourism revenue and Pakistan’s historical and natural attractions. However, the response focuses much more on economic benefits than on the harms raised in the question. Cultural damage and environmental pollution are mentioned only briefly, with little explanation or specific illustration. Some claims, such as the percentage of people who enjoy travelling, are not clearly connected to your argument. Develop both sides more evenly and explain how the examples support your overall judgement.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
The response contains relevant points, and words such as “Moreover,” “For instance,” and “Overall” show an attempt to connect ideas. However, the information is not arranged into clear paragraphs, so the discussion moves from general economic benefits to country examples and then to cultural and environmental harms without a strong overall progression. Several ideas are crowded into long stretches, and the Maldives and Pakistan examples are not clearly separated from the surrounding claims. Some linking is also awkward or repetitive, such as “There are various example of countries” followed by another example. Organise the essay into an introduction, focused body paragraphs, and a conclusion, with each paragraph developing one main point and clear links between them.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “source of revenue,” “historical sites,” “architectural grandeur,” and “indigenous population.” These choices help communicate the subject and show an effort to use more than basic vocabulary. However, spelling errors and inaccurate word choices are frequent enough to distract the reader: examples include “accomodation,” “attaraction,” “mountanious,” “medival,” and “skyrockiting.” Some expressions are also unnatural or imprecise, such as “pay to get anything from them” and “throw their luggages or rappers.” Check spelling carefully and learn common collocations for tourism, local communities, and environmental damage. More precise wording would make your ideas easier to follow.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including sentences beginning with “Those countries who…” and “Visitors can harm… by…”. However, complex sentences are often difficult to control, and frequent errors affect clarity. For example, “Native population are benefited” has an agreement and verb-form problem, while “the visitors can blend with their own culture” has unclear sentence structure and reference. The fragment “Which is surely a humongous source…” does not form a complete sentence, and “by polluted the visiting sites” uses an incorrect verb form. Articles, plurals, and agreement also need attention. Practise building accurate sentences around one main clause, then add subordinate clauses only when their grammar is secure.
