I strongly agree that Tourism is and has been the fastest growing industries and has contributed a great deal to economies around the world and do not believe if could cause any damage to local cultures or the environment being ignored.

Tourism in many countries like my country Nigeria, we have many places where people can visit with their friends and families for tourism expecially, during winter season. one of the places in my country Nigeria include's Calaba, Benine e.t.c.

In the year 2018, i was oportuned to tour in Calaba where we visited one of the acient beulding in nigeria. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.5

Your opening states a strong position, but it is difficult to interpret: you appear to agree that tourism’s damage is ignored, then say you do not believe damage is ignored. The response mainly describes a family visit to Calabar and the economic activity around an event; it does not explain whether or how tourism harms local culture or the environment. The final sentence repeats your view without supporting it, and the response ends unfinished. The required minimum of 250 words is not met: the response contains 196 words, with eight words copied from the prompt excluded. To improve, state your position unambiguously and develop relevant reasons and examples addressing both cultural and environmental effects.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

There is a basic paragraph structure: an opening, a personal example, a comment on economic change, and a concluding statement. The Calabar visit gives the response a recognisable central topic, and phrases such as “During the season” help connect the account to the event. However, progression is limited because the body paragraphs describe tourism’s benefits rather than building an argument about the question’s concern. The link between the personal visit and the claim that damage is not ignored is not made clear. The final sentence is incomplete, which leaves the response without a finished conclusion. Organise the body around distinct reasons, use clear links between each example and your position, and complete the ending.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “local cultures,” “environment,” “economies,” “local dishes,” and “event,” which helps communicate the general subject. The personal example also includes specific names of places and foods. However, the range is narrow and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts difficult to understand, such as “expecially,” “acient beulding,” “oportuned,” and “changies.” Some expressions are also unnatural, including “participate to the event” and “significant changies in economies.” Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. More precise terms for cultural and environmental impacts—such as “heritage sites,” “local customs,” “pollution,” or “habitat damage”—would help you address the task more effectively.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The response communicates a few basic ideas through simple sentences and some attempts at longer structures, for example, “In the year 2018, I was…” and the sentence beginning “During the season.” However, control is inconsistent. The opening contains a confusing clause structure (“do not believe if could cause”), and there are errors in agreement and tense, as in “people comes” and “people comes withen.” Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also unreliable: “Tourism in many countries like my country Nigeria, we have…” is not a complete, well-formed construction, and several sentences begin with lowercase letters. To improve, use shorter, complete sentences first, then add controlled complex structures. Check subject–verb agreement, verb forms, articles, and punctuation, and ensure every sentence is complete.
