Student answer (Band 4.5)
Tourism is rapidly increasing industries as well as add a incredible deal to economies in the world. For that good tourism is also be needed. If the tourism is bad can reason to local cultures and environment is often ignored. I strongly agree that tourism is a growing factor in industries due to the mebtioned reasons.
When a countries tourism maintanence is not good or scam is present, it may lead to bad impact for the countries people. Also for great tourism environment is matter also. For example,Tourist go to different countries when they see the awsome scenerios and various amount of activities. But if it's not like that, i mean , if it's dirt everywhere, not any kind of hygiene is there , they will think bad about that country. And if a tourist got scammed by a local, the tourist will think that the people of that country are not good. That's why ,many people disagree with tourism.
On the contrary, tourism is a great opportunity for faster growing industries. A coutries GDP increases higher with this. For rising the growth , individuals have to maintain certain things such as awesome tourism, incredible places, different kinds of activities and people being kind with tourists.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You state a position with “I strongly agree,” and you mention both economic benefits and possible effects on local people and the environment. However, the response only minimally answers the question because it does not clearly explain whether tourism’s cultural and environmental damage is ignored or how serious that damage is. Much of the discussion shifts to poor tourism services, hygiene, and scams, which are not the central issue in the prompt. The environmental point is only briefly mentioned, and cultural impacts are not developed with a relevant example. The response is also 47 words below the required minimum. To improve, address the stated harms directly, explain your position consistently, and support each main reason with a specific example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is a basic paragraph structure: an introduction, a paragraph about tourism’s possible negative effects, and a final paragraph about economic benefits. Linking phrases such as “For example” and “On the contrary” show an attempt to connect ideas. However, the progression is difficult to follow because the introduction’s position is unclear, and the discussion moves from environmental quality to scams and then to why people disagree with tourism without explaining the links. The final paragraph introduces benefits but does not clearly resolve the argument. Some connections, such as “For that good tourism is also be needed,” are hard to interpret. Organise the essay around two or three clear reasons, use topic sentences, and make each paragraph’s relationship to your position explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “industries,” “GDP,” “environment,” “tourists,” and “scammed,” so the general subject is recognisable. However, the range is basic and several word choices or collocations make ideas unclear, such as “incredible deal to economies,” “countries tourism maintanence,” and “awesome tourism.” Repetition of “tourism,” “good,” and “great” also limits precision. Spelling errors such as “mebtioned,” “maintanence,” “awsome,” and “coutries” further weaken control. Aim for accurate phrases that express the task’s key concepts, such as “economic contribution,” “local traditions,” “environmental damage,” and “tourism management.” Check spelling and choose words for their exact meaning rather than relying on general positive adjectives.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The response attempts a few longer structures, including “When a countries tourism maintanence is not good or scam is present, it may lead to bad impact,” but most sentences rely on simple patterns and errors are frequent. Examples include “Tourism is rapidly increasing industries,” “as well as add,” and “If the tourism is bad can reason,” where sentence structure and verb forms are faulty. Agreement and articles are also inconsistent, as in “a countries” and “a incredible deal.” Punctuation and spacing problems, such as missing spaces after full stops and commas, make the text harder to read. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with clear clauses using “because,” “although,” and “which.”
