Student answer (Band 5.0)
Many people belive that tourism is one of the fastest growing industries and contributes a great deal to economies around the world but the damage tourism can cause to local cultures and the enviromental is often ignore. I completely agree with this view because in my opinion if tourism will good then the tourist will promote and do positive advertisement beside the damage tourism cause a negative publicity and advertisement among tourist which directly impact on economic condition. This eassy will explain these points in detail
Firstly, when tourism give full effort then the tourist will impress and do positive publicity of that area for example when we wellcome tourist in best way and if the hospitality and other sectors impress tourist then as a result tourist will do positive publicity of our area and visitor enjoy our culture and religious which promote to our cultural heritages subsequently, visitors stay longer which increase the economic condition of the nation, multiples of benefits can be obtain by the proper management of tourism industries
In another hand, the damage tourism make bad impact in tourist about our nation when foreigner come to our country then if the service is bad and the road conditions dengerous then they will do negative advertisement of out country which make negative effect in the economic condition of tourism industries of the country.
In conclusion, i completely agree tourism is one of the fastest growing industries and contribute a great deal to economies around the world because it help to earn foreign currency and make the publicity of own culture and religious where, damage tourism cause to local culture and enviromental is often ignored.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You state a clear position—“I completely agree”—and refer to economic effects, cultural heritage, and the consequences of poor tourism services. However, the response only partially addresses the question: the prompt asks whether damage to local cultures and the environment is often ignored, but your main discussion focuses on positive or negative publicity and economic outcomes. Environmental harm is not explained, and cultural damage is not developed; instead, you describe visitors enjoying local culture. The ideas are therefore limited and under-supported, with examples about hospitality and road conditions not directly establishing your position. The response is also 19 words below the 250-word minimum; the 45 words copied from the task prompt were excluded from the count. Develop the effects of tourism on culture and the environment and explain why these harms are overlooked.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
Your response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs signalled by “Firstly” and “In another hand,” and a conclusion. This gives the reader some sense of organisation, and you attempt to connect causes and results with phrases such as “as a result” and “which increase.” However, progression is not consistently clear because the first body paragraph shifts from hospitality to cultural heritage and then economic benefits, while the second focuses on service quality rather than the task’s central issue. Linking phrases are sometimes inaccurate or repetitive, and several long sentences contain multiple ideas without clear boundaries. Use one focused main idea per paragraph, connect each example directly to the question, and make references such as “this view” and “that area” more precise.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “tourism,” “hospitality,” “cultural heritages,” “foreign currency,” and “economic condition,” so the general subject is usually understandable. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make meaning awkward: “positive advertisement,” “damage tourism make bad impact,” and “promote to our cultural heritages” do not express the intended ideas naturally. Spelling errors such as “belive,” “enviromental,” “wellcome,” and “dengerous” are also noticeable. These issues sometimes make the reader work to interpret your meaning. Build a more precise set of phrases for cultural and environmental impacts, and check spelling and common collocations before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with clauses, for example, “when foreigner come to our country then if the service is bad…” This shows an effort to vary sentence structure, but complex attempts are often faulty, and frequent errors can make the message difficult to follow. Examples include “if tourism will good,” “the tourist will promote,” “visitors stay longer which increase,” and “tourism… contribute.” These show problems with verb forms, agreement, and sentence construction. Articles and plurals are also inconsistent, as in “when foreigner come” and “our culture and religious.” Punctuation and spacing around commas need attention as well. Practise accurate conditional sentences and subject–verb agreement, and divide long sentences into shorter, controlled units.
