The graphs below show the percentage of people holding full driving licences in Great Britain by age and sex.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The bar chart shows the proportion of having driving licence in Great Britian by age and gender.

Overall, the highest driving licence holder men's age between 50-59 in 2006.While women age is 40-49 in 2006. In 1975/76 highest driving licenece holders age in men were between 30 to 39 same as women.

Starting with men holding driving licnce in 2006. Highest proportion of age holding licence lie between 50 to 59 at 90%. Following with 60-69 a little bit less then 50 to 59 arount at 88%. The lowest proportion lies in teenageers from age 17 to 20 at 38%. age between 21-29 holding 66%. Moreover, 30-39 age's holding 83%. Over 70 people's were holding about 78%. In 1975/76, the highest proportion of people holding driving licene in age between 30-39 about 84%. Moreover, lowest proportion were 70 and over age's people at about 33%.

In 2006, highest proportion of women holding driving licence was about 80% between 40-49 age. The lowest proportion was about 33% between 17-20 age and 70 and over. In 1975/76, highest proportion of licence holders was 49% between 30-39 age. In addition, lowest holders were 70 and over ages at about 5%.
