The graphs below show the percentage of people holding full driving licences in Great Britain by age and sex.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

This bar graph below illutrates the proportion of people holding full driving liscences in Great Britain by their age and their gender.

Overall, by 2006 people of older age having the greater number of holding full driving liscence as compared to the people in 1975/76 respectively. The womens have the shortest percentage in 1975/76 having a driving liscences in the older age over 70.

Starting with mens age over 50 has the highest percentage around 90% holding a full driving liscence in 2006 as compared to the mens in 1975 which is comparatively low. If we talk about the age group of 21-29 the percentage is low in 2006 and the approximately 10% high rise was seen in 1975.

The womens age over 40 has the highest number of percentage in 2006 holding driving liscence compared to those in 1975/76. The recorded lowest number that was seen at the age group of over 70 in 1975/76 was below than 10%.
