In these two paragraphs the driving lisence holders are being discussed. The two genders are discussed in these given paragraphs.
In the first paragraph Mans are being discussed varing in ages from 17 to 70 years old boys, mens and olders. There are numerous factors discussed here. Two dates are mentioned here 1976 and 2006.If we talks about 17 years old to 20 years old boys.In 2006 they are more driving lisence holders as compare to 1976.If we talk about 21 to 30 years old mans then there are more drinving lisence holders in 1975/1976 as compared to 2006.Which is an exceptionally case in first paragraph otherwise there are more driving lisence holders in 2006 as compare to 1975/1976.
If we talk about second paragraph the females are mentioned there varing from age 17 to 70 years old. Here in second paragraph almost all the womens varing from age 17 to 70 years old have more driving lisence in 2006 as compare to 1945/1976.
By analysing voth paragraphs an amazing pattern is being noticed in second paragraph because the numbers of womans having driving lisence are extended in 2006 as compare to 1975/1976.Its mean the womans drivers are inved since 1975/1976.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You identify the broad comparison between men and women and note that licence holding generally increased by 2006, which is relevant to the chart. However, the response reports very few specific features and does not give an effective overview of the main age patterns. The claim that men aged 21–30 had higher figures in 1975/76 is broadly consistent with the 21–29 group, but the statement that women in every age group had more licences in 2006 overlooks that the chart compares percentages, not numbers of licences. There are also inaccurate or unclear references, including “1945/1976” and “17 to 70 years old.” To improve, summarise the overall trends accurately and support them with selected figures, such as the especially low 1975/76 rate among women aged 70 and over.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has a basic division into paragraphs about men and women, and it attempts to guide the reader with phrases such as “If we talk about” and “By analysing both paragraphs.” This gives the answer some organisation. However, the progression is repetitive and the ideas are not arranged into a clear chart summary: the opening repeats that the two genders are discussed, while the final paragraph restates the increase among women without adding a distinct comparison. References such as “first paragraph” and “second paragraph” are also confusing because the chart itself is not divided into paragraphs. Organise the response around an overview followed by grouped comparisons, and use linking expressions to show how age groups and years relate.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use a small set of relevant terms, including “driving licence holders,” “genders,” “ages,” and “compared,” so the topic is generally recognisable. However, vocabulary is basic and highly repetitive, especially the repeated phrase “more driving licence holders.” Several inaccurate word choices or forms make meaning difficult to follow, such as “olders,” “womans,” “numbers … are extended,” and “drivers are inved.” Spelling errors in “lisence” and “drinving” also reduce clarity. Use precise chart language, for example “the proportion of licence holders increased,” “the rate was highest,” or “the figure declined,” and check spelling and plural forms. This would help distinguish percentages from absolute numbers and make comparisons more exact.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
There are attempts to form longer sentences and comparisons, for example, “If we talk about 21 to 30 years old mans then…” and “By analysing both paragraphs…”. However, sentence structures are very limited and errors occur frequently, sometimes making the intended meaning unclear. Examples include “In these two paragraphs … are being discussed” (the chart is not paragraphs), “If we talks,” “they are more driving licence holders,” and “Its mean.” Agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence boundaries need attention. Several sentences also run together without appropriate punctuation, as in the opening. Practise accurate simple comparison patterns first—such as “The percentage was higher in 2006”—then combine them with clauses using “whereas” or “although.”
