Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is frequently claimed that majority of the students preferred to study English subject by it self instead of taking classes. While, I acknowledge that without guidance of educators students find difficulty to manage their academic studies. I strongly agree with second view point because educators is a key of success. I will explain my view point further in ensuing paragraphs.
On the one hand, there is some merit to the argument that in current time large numbers of students preferred to learn English by their self because it is offered them flexibility of learning and learn on their own pace. For example, now days working professional also want to study but die to working hours they can not manage to attend classes so they choose to learn by self form Internet. Nevertheless, this benefit is limited because educators explain topics in much easier way so you can learn fast and easily.
The strongest argument in my opinion is that students always find very difficulty to learn English without help of educators because teachers will help you to understand topics in easier way and if you learning from teachers you have fixed time assained to attend classes which help you to learn continuously without failure. For example, Siddhi ma'am is very good English teacher and she is really strict while providing classes due to this you need to attend every classes continuously which help you to learn English fast and accurately and you can also solved your doubt at same time.
I'm conclusion, study English by self is good but I strongly believe that with the help of educators you learn English fast and accurately.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
You have addressed the prompt by taking a clear position and providing reasons for your stance. However, the development of your ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention flexibility as a benefit of self-study, the explanation is brief. Similarly, your argument for the necessity of teachers relies heavily on personal anecdotes (e.g., 'Siddhi ma'am') rather than broader, more analytical arguments. To reach a higher band, ensure that your supporting points are more generalized and fully explored. The conclusion is also quite abrupt and merely restates your position without summarizing the main points effectively.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your argument. You use some basic cohesive devices like 'On the one hand' and 'In conclusion'. However, the flow between sentences is sometimes mechanical, and the use of linking words is repetitive. For instance, the transition between the benefits of self-study and the drawbacks is abrupt. To improve, try to use a wider variety of cohesive devices to link your ideas more fluidly and ensure that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence that guides the reader through your argument.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. You rely on simple, repetitive phrasing such as 'learn English' and 'study English'. There are also some noticeable errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'by it self' instead of 'independently' or 'on their own', and 'due to working hours' instead of 'because of their professional commitments'. To improve, focus on learning collocations and using more academic synonyms to express your ideas with greater sophistication.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text that occasionally hinder the flow of reading. Common issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'educators is a key of success'), missing articles (e.g., 'by self'), and incorrect verb forms (e.g., 'you can also solved your doubt'). While you attempt some complex structures, they are often marred by these errors. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, specifically subject-verb agreement and the correct use of articles, before attempting more complex grammatical structures.
