IELTS Writing Task 2 question

A huge number of students choose to study English independently on a self- study basis rather than attend a formal course. However, without the assistance of a teacher, students often find it difficult to manage their studies.

To what extent do you agree or disagree ?

Student answer (Band 5.0)

A huge number of students are choosing self-studing English rather than attending a formal course which can be difficult for students to learn English without a proper assistance or guidance of teacher,I agree with this but i some casses.

Student thinks that if some one whom they know can learn by themselves so why we can't, but in that case they don't know about their leel of learning things they just think some one can do we also can, this motivaton is true we can do everything that others are doing but we have to think about ourselfes if you are good at studing by youself that good but if don't then they should have to join a proper classes for a proper assistance. Sometimes this is not alone student who try self studies but their parents they force students that see that kind he is doing every thing by its own but why you can't they force them to not to join classes.

Some students can do but majority can't they need an assistace to learn something new and also they hesitate for joining classes because they think that will destroy their image in front of their high school classmates or classmates at institute where they are going to lean English.

For example my friend he don't know ow to speak English properly but he know the grammer and everything and he chats with his friends in English,we suggest him to go and join classes for English speaking but his parents forces him to not to join any course beacuse his cousin is learning by himself and why he can't and he also thinks that he will face critisisum from his friends so he didn't join English speaking course.

At the end i want all parents and students to think about theirselfes not other students or relatives some students are good at everything but they want some guidance.
