Student answer (Band 5.0)
Many people say that more number of students who attend lessons decided to study english without any assistance rather than attending classes physically. But, some others argue that listening classes offline was really useful and more helpfull for Students. However, I belive that attending english classes physically would improve students profficiency.
It is my complete and firm belief that studying without anyones assistance could lead to students adversity. on the other hand, students will loose their english level and profficiency. some students doesnot require any help from lecturers or professors because their might be a case that they are very proactive and their english level profficiency would be high so, they often decide or prefer studying in their own way.also due to several benefits. the most remarkable merit is they learn or educate themselves without any guide. In the same way, they focus on themsleves. In addition, they were not dependent on teachers.
In the other hand, there are some groups of people who vehementally belive that without proffesor support students commonly doesnt understand english they will find more difficulty by studying on their own Their principle belief is that their will be one other person to clarify their doubts and rectify their errors. besides that they wont get practical knowledge they just get theortical knowledge. Furthermore, they might ended up with negative marking or their result may not be satisfied.
Therefore, persuaded by all discussions till now as well as driven by my personal experiences, I would like to reiterate that,I totally disagree the idea studying english language without teacher assistance.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a clear overall view in the introduction and conclusion: you believe students benefit from attending English classes and disagree with studying without a teacher. You also mention relevant points on both sides, including independent learners being proactive and teachers clarifying doubts. However, the response only partly develops the question of whether students find it difficult to manage independent study. Several claims, such as losing proficiency or gaining only theoretical knowledge, are asserted without a specific explanation or example. The position is also briefly confusing because the opening contrasts views before stating your own. To strengthen the response, explain how teacher guidance helps learners plan, practise, and correct mistakes, and support each main point with a concrete example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion, and the paragraphs broadly separate arguments for and against independent study. This gives the reader some organisation. However, progression within the paragraphs is difficult to follow: the second paragraph moves from possible learner independence to several benefits without clearly connecting them, while the next paragraph combines doubts, practical knowledge, and results. Linking expressions such as “on the other hand,” “In addition,” and “Furthermore” are used, but some are inaccurate or repetitive, and sentence boundaries are often unclear. Use one central idea per paragraph, arrange supporting explanations in a logical order, and make references such as “their” and “they” clearly identify who is meant.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to education, including “assistance,” “proficiency,” “clarify their doubts,” and “practical knowledge.” These choices show an effort to discuss the topic beyond very basic language. However, the range is limited and several noticeable spelling, word-form, and collocation errors make parts of the response harder to understand, for example “profficiency,” “vehementally,” “negative marking,” and “their result may not be satisfied.” Repetition of “students,” “English,” and “believe” also limits flexibility. Build a more accurate set of phrases for discussing independent learning and teacher support, and check spelling and natural word combinations. Prefer precise expressions such as “make progress” or “receive feedback” where they fit your meaning.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including clauses introduced by “because” and “that,” and you use some contrast structures. However, the range is limited, and complex sentences are often faulty. Examples include “some students doesnot require,” “their might be a case,” and “they might ended up,” where agreement or verb forms are incorrect. Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also frequently unclear, as in the long sequence beginning “Their principle belief is that…” and the run-on in the second paragraph. These errors sometimes make the intended relationships difficult to follow. Practise building shorter, accurate sentences first, then combine ideas with correctly formed subordinate clauses and consistent punctuation.
