Student answer (Band 5.0)

Most of the students choose to study English independently by their own rather than attend any course. On the other hand, many other students find difficulty to manage their studies without the assistance of teacher. I strongly agree with both discussion and i will give my opinion.

Firstly, nowadays students use internet and ai for their study. Ai is available all over the world every one know how to use it for their any kind of situation. However, children use ai for their study, game or any kind of information, when they do not familiar with any word or topics they instantly use ai and solve the matter, so that they dose not attend any kind of formal course. For instant, it helps save time and their energy so that they can study at home rather than dose not need to go outside.

Secondly, some student who has from rural aria they dos not use any kind of device , so that they suffer from many difficulty to manage their study without the assistance of a teacher. moreover, if the suburban or others student who wants teacher assistance on their study they would be more learn form teacher, some times teachers gives them most valuable advise, tricks and strategy which is not have other students who use ai for their english.

In my opinion, i believe all are important for students for their study, ai gives them short time solution at any time any where they want. while, real study course from teacher is also beneficial for students.

To sum up, study with ai is go up day by day and its help full .also study with teacher is most relaible.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address the topic by discussing independent study and the value of teacher support, and your final paragraph indicates that you see benefits in both. However, the position is not consistently clear: “I strongly agree with both discussion” does not explain precisely what you agree with, and the essay does not directly assess the claim that students often struggle to manage their studies without a teacher. The points about AI saving time and rural students lacking devices are relevant, but they are asserted rather than fully explained or supported with a specific example. To strengthen the response, state your degree of agreement clearly in the introduction, then develop each reason by showing how it affects students’ ability to organise and sustain their learning.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs, an opinion paragraph and a conclusion. “Firstly,” “Secondly,” and “To sum up” help signal stages of the essay. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow because several ideas are joined in long, loosely connected sentences. For example, the first body paragraph moves from internet and AI access to children using AI and then to saving time, without clearly explaining how this answers the question about managing study. Some linking expressions are also used inaccurately or mechanically, such as “On the other hand” where the relationship between the two opening claims is unclear. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each supporting detail explicitly to the main point.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “independently,” “formal course,” “assistance,” “strategy,” and “beneficial,” so the reader can identify the main subject. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation and spelling errors make parts of the response difficult to interpret. Examples include “find difficulty to manage,” “rural aria,” “most valuable advise,” and “study with ai is go up.” Repetition of “study,” “students,” and “any kind of” also reduces precision. Aim to learn common academic collocations and check spelling and word forms carefully. More precise expressions for self-directed learning, access to technology and teacher guidance would help you explain your ideas more clearly.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including clauses beginning with “when” and “if,” but complex sentences are often not controlled successfully. Errors in agreement, verb forms, articles and sentence construction occur frequently, as in “some student who has from rural aria,” “teachers gives them,” and “it helps save time … so that they can study … rather than dose not need to go outside.” Capitalisation and punctuation are also inconsistent, particularly with “i,” “ai,” and sentence boundaries. These problems sometimes make the intended relationships between ideas unclear. Practise building accurate sentences around one main clause, then add subordinate clauses only when their grammatical connection is clear; also check subject–verb agreement and verb forms during revision.
