Student answer (Band 5.5)

The illustrated bar graph gives information about potential risks and chances of becoming victim of crime three types of crime - burglary, car crime & violent crime in 2009/10 and 2010/11. Overall, it is evident that Percieved Possibilities of being a victim of all crimes in 2009 was leading had the leading Position.

To begin with, in terms of Percieved Possibility of being a victim of car crime in 2009/10 had the highest proportion accounting for almost 21%. Followed by Possible Percieved victims of violent crime and burglary were same at compromising of 15% each. However, the actual crimes recorded for the year 2009/10 were a fewer compared to the percieved value compromising of 4% crime rate, 2.5% burglary & 3% violent crimes respectful respectively.

In contrast, the percieved possibility of being a victim ~~in~~ of car crime in 2010/11 was notably less than in 2009/10, making up 17%. ~~followed by the percieved possibility of being a victim~~. The percieved possibility of being a victim for burglary & violent crimes slightly reduced to 13% each. The actual victims of car crimes in 2010/11 reduced to almost 3.5%, while the actual victims of burglary & violent crimes remained steady at 3%, respectively.
