The table illustrates the proportion that was changed in each category of exports earnings between 2015 and 2016, which divided into five different categories. The table below gives the percentage changed in values from 2015 to 2016.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response covers the main features of the data, including the highest and lowest export categories and the percentage changes. However, the analysis is somewhat inconsistent. For instance, you mention 'gems and jewelers' had 'about 50 billion dollars' in both years, but the table shows a significant percentage change, which contradicts your claim. Additionally, the description of 'textiles' is vague, stating it was 'below 40 billion' without referencing the specific data points provided. To improve, ensure that your summary of the figures is mathematically accurate and that you clearly highlight the most significant trends rather than listing every category in isolation.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, with an introduction, an overview, and two body paragraphs. Cohesive devices such as 'Overall,' 'In details,' and 'Subsequently' are used to guide the reader. However, the flow is occasionally hindered by awkward phrasing, such as 'the similar portion of income came from agricultural products,' which makes the relationship between ideas slightly unclear. The use of referencing is generally adequate, but the transition between the overview and the body paragraphs could be smoother to better highlight the comparative nature of the task.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'proportion,' 'earnings,' and 'subsequently.' However, there are instances of imprecise word choice, such as 'wages' to describe export values and 'each four categories' instead of 'all four categories.' Some phrasing is repetitive, particularly the reliance on 'in values' and 'in dollars.' To reach a higher band, focus on using more precise collocations related to data reporting, such as 'experienced a growth of' or 'remained stable at,' and avoid using informal or incorrect terminology for economic data.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The response uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, such as 'the proportion that was changed' (should be 'the percentage change'), 'which divided into' (should be 'which is divided into'), and 'the petroleum products had the highest export earnings than other products' (should be 'higher than'). There are also issues with article usage and prepositional phrases. While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding the main points, they occur frequently enough to limit the score. Focus on subject-verb agreement and correct comparative structures.
