The maps illustrate the current layout of the Norbiton industrial area and the planned future development of the site.
Overall, it will be modernized with several new amenities, such as housing, a medical center, a shops, a playground, and a school.
Initially, there are eight factories in the large circular industrial area, which will be removed and replaced by the housing society. Moreover, industrial site will be further extended in the town, and school will be constructed in the southeast side. The medical centre will be built near to the smaller and larger circular site, which will be situated in the south side. In the eastern side, between two housing society, the playground will be made for people, and school will be established in the place of factory.
Another noticeable change will be the river that will be divided into two parts and the area will be extended and will the connect to the housing for the people. In addition, farmland, which is located in the center of the north will be replaced and relocated in adjacent to the playground. Hence, the proposed renovation will bring significant changes in the town of Norbiton.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 1.0
The response is completely off-topic. The prompt asks for a summary of a table showing export values and percentage changes for various categories in 2015 and 2016. Instead, you have written a description of a map showing urban planning changes in Norbiton. Because you have failed to address the task requirements entirely, this response cannot be assessed for task achievement in the context of the provided data. You must ensure that you read the prompt carefully and analyze the specific visual data provided (tables, charts, or graphs) rather than relying on templates or memorized responses for different task types.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0
The response is organized into paragraphs and uses some cohesive devices such as 'Moreover', 'In addition', and 'Hence'. However, because the content is irrelevant to the task, the logical progression is disconnected from the actual prompt. While the structure itself is coherent in terms of describing a map, it fails to fulfill the purpose of the writing task, which is to report on data. The paragraphing is appropriate for a report, but the lack of relevance to the provided table makes the overall coherence ineffective.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
You demonstrate a reasonable range of vocabulary related to urban planning, such as 'modernized', 'amenities', 'industrial area', and 'relocated'. However, there are errors in word choice and article usage, such as 'a shops' and 'housing society' (which is not the standard term for a residential area). While the vocabulary is sufficient to describe the map, it is not relevant to the task of describing export data. To improve, you should focus on learning terminology related to data trends, such as 'fluctuated', 'remained stable', 'significant increase', and 'proportion'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, such as 'The medical centre will be built near to the smaller and larger circular site, which will be situated in the south side.' There are several grammatical errors, including 'industrial site will be further extended' (missing article), 'in adjacent to' (incorrect prepositional phrase), and 'will the connect' (word order error). While the meaning is generally clear, the frequency of these errors and the lack of control over articles and prepositions limit the score. You should work on subject-verb agreement and the correct use of articles.
