IELTS Writing Task 1 question
below shows the value of one country’s exports in various categories during 2015 and 2016. The table shows the percentage change in each category of exports in 2016 compared with 2015.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 4.5)
The graph chart illustarte the earning of export product in one country, also charge of product in percentage in different products, in the year of 2015 and 2016.
Overall, the graph chart follows a downward trend. Export in different products are not the same as one. Moreover, charge in those products grow up except in one product.
To begin with, Petroleum product hold the top positon among four other catagories, in both 2015 and 2016, with over 60 billion dollar. The second position is taken by, engineered goods, in both years, same as petroleum products. Furthermore, germs and jewellery was exported worthing over 50 billion dollar in both year. In addition, agricultural goods was exported little less then germs and jewellery, earning over 40 billion dollar. In different, textiles products was exported more in 2016, earning over 40 billion dollar, where in 2015, it was over than 30 billion dollar.
On the other hand, petroleum pruducts, engineered goods, argricultural products and textiles values raised in one years, which were 3%, 8.5%, 0.81% and 15.24% throwly, expect gems and jewellery. Gems and jewellary values drop to 5.18% in 2016.
