below shows the value of one country’s exports in various categories during 2015 and 2016. The table shows the percentage change in each category of exports in 2016 compared with 2015.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The given bar chart illustrates the value of single country's exports in different categories during 2015 to 2016 and the percentage change in each category of exports in 2016 and compared with 2015.
At first glance, petroleum products have highest earnings in 2015 as well as 2016 and their is a small edge in 2016 with more than 60 billion dollars. whereas engineering goods also have high ranking income in both years 2015 and 2016 respecively.
On the other hand, textiles have the least earning with less than 40 billion dollars in 2015 and almost about 40 billion dollars respectively. However, agricultural products shows the similar stats as the textiles in both years but the gems and jewellary has a good earning rather than the agriculture and textiles products and in 2016 their is quite less earning than in 2015 with 50 billion dollars.Overall. Petroleum and engineering goods have the highest earning whereas, the lowest is the textiles and agricultural products.
