below shows the value of one country’s exports in various categories during 2015 and 2016. The table shows the percentage change in each category of exports in 2016 compared with 2015.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The bar graph illustrates, the accounts of numerous items exports of a nation over the period 2015 and 2016.
Overall, it can clearly seen that petroleum products are mostly exported within the nation, while the agricultural products and textiles were at the lowest compares to the rests.
In the period 2015, the value of petroleum products was accounted for 65 which had been increased slightly and reached 70 in 2016( 3% inclined).The engineered goods also showed noticable trend, it was below 60$ billions, then it climbed sharply and able to reach 70$ billion in 2016. The exports of gems and jewellery was decreased about 55 billions to 50 billions in 2015 and 2016 respectievely.
However the agricultural products and textiles were the lowest aomg all.
The exports of agricultural products was 40 billions which increased marginally by 42 billions. The trend of textiles was interesting, it was accounted for 34 billions at 2015, then it inclined sharply by 40 billions in the year 2016.
