below shows the value of one country’s exports in various categories during 2015 and 2016. The table shows the percentage change in each category of exports in 2016 compared with 2015.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

This chart contains the information of a country's exports in different sectors through the year of 2015 and 2016 respectively.

Petroleum and engineered goods had the off peak value in both years,wherease the production of agricultural prodocts and textiles were relatively lower than any other sources.Moreover, aggricultural product's make the smallest change in the value which got an increase of just 0.81%,while on the other hand textiles made a dramtic increase of 15.24% in the year of 2016 from 40 billion dollars in 2015.

Gems and jewellery got decreased considerabely which is 5.18% from the current value in 2015,while, all other sources got an increase in their values.Petroleum products 3% ,engineered goods also got drastic increase of 8.5% which is the second highes value,only agricultural products had a slighter change in value only of around 1%.

Hence, the exports of textiles and engineered goods of one country surged in 2016,wherease jewellery export was decreased and aggricultured products were being exported almost the same value with just a 1% increase in both years 2015 and 16 respectively.
