below shows the value of one country’s exports in various categories during 2015 and 2016. The table shows the percentage change in each category of exports in 2016 compared with 2015.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The chart illustrates the amount of goods which were exported to different countries and it aslo eleborates the comparison between the year 2015 and 2016 respectively.
Firstly, we will discuss the export earnings in both years. Petroleum products were sold at the range of $60 billion in 2015, whereas in 2016 the amount touched to $63 billion. This was an assuming rise in the earnings. Engineered products were sold at $55 billion in 2015 while next year the sale enhanced to $60 billion. The rise in sales was quiet impressive. Gems and jewellery touched a sale of $51 billion in 2015 which was a hilarious earning but unfortunately, next year the sale dropped 5.18% and dropped at $48 billion. Agricultural products touched a sale of $40 billion in 2015 and it increased 0.81% next year which was $41 billion. Textiles also played a vital role in exports and earned $35 billion in 2015 while it enhanced 15.84% next year and touched $40 billion next year.
