IELTS Writing Task 1 question
below shows the value of one country’s exports in various categories during 2015 and 2016. The table shows the percentage change in each category of exports in 2016 compared with 2015.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The bar chart illustrates the value of one country exports in five different thing, Petroleum products, Engineered good, Gems and Jewellery, Agricultural products and Textiles over the one year. Table show changes in percentages.
Overall, Exports of all products increased excepted Gems and Jewellery, while the higest increased come in Textiles.
In 2015 the exports earning of Petroleum products is 60 billion dollar its grew slightly 3% , while Engineered goods export was 55 billion dollar in 2015 and its increased 8.5% and recoded 63.5 bollion dollar.
Gems and jewellary export was 51 billion dollar, it declined5.18% and reached almost 45 billion dollar. Agricultural products was slightly higher than last year, Textiles has highest increased of 15.24% billon dollar.
