below shows the value of one country’s exports in various categories during 2015 and 2016. The table shows the percentage change in each category of exports in 2016 compared with 2015.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The bar graph depicts the export earnings of a certain country between 2015 and 2016.The table shows percentage change in the values.
Overall,petroleum products lead across all the years while textiles was the least exported.textiles recorded the most positve change however germs and jewellery dropped by large margin.
Petroleum products recorded the highgest export in 2015 compared to other products at 60% which incresaed to 65% by 2016.Engeenered goods followed by 59% in 2015 and climbed to74% in 2016.on the ohter hand,germs and jewelly remained almost the same for all years at 50% and 48% respectively.agricultural products was constant at 40% throughout the seasons while textiles been the least export started at355 in 2015 and goes up to 45% in 2016.
In percentage changen,textiles recorded the highest positive margin of 15.24% followed by engineered goods at8.5% and petroleum products the third category by 3% and the last portion byagricultural products by a small margin of 0.81%.However,germs and jewellery recorded the most deviation of 5.18%
