Student answer (Band 6.0)
It has been observed that many communities cannot state that both genders are equal. Although some people believe that women play a huge role to make a big deal in many field over the past five decades. I agree the given statement to a large extent. My views are explained in the following paragraphs with relevant examples.
The foremost argument to justify my stand is that although nowadays women has a successful career and provide a huge contribution to make the world better, some individuals have a stereotypical mindset and beliefs that leads to suffer females with unequal treatment. The appropriate example to explain this statement is small villages in many part of India, where residents have a fixed mind for some job-role is only belongs to men such as drive a tractor in a farm to plow a field. Consequently in many part of the world women have so many skills however they cannot able to use it because of outdated views about women.
Furthermore, the other reason to prove my point is at many workplace members of societies follow an unfair assumption that women are not strong as men in many fields, and it cause discrimination to women. In the other words there are many work area where lots of physical strength and men-power is needed because the job is about carrying a burden on shoulder in terms of physical burden or mental burden and many individuals just blindly assume that women are not strong enough to carry heavy loads. As a result in so many fields where women get a proper education but they cannot get proper training and job. For instance, in the USA in Alaska many females have a degree in an architect engineering nonetheless they cannot do a job in their field because it required to be available on-site often, and because of preconceived opinion women suffers a lot to get a job in their own career.
In conclusion, It is truth that women has changed a huge deal in many communities over the past half century, however societies cannot say that they have achieved equality. my reason why i agree to this point of view is traditional mind and ancient beliefs for females & prejudiced women in some area for work due to partiality.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
Your position is clear: you agree to a large extent that societies have not achieved gender equality, and both body paragraphs give relevant reasons—traditional stereotypes and workplace discrimination. The examples of village jobs in India and barriers to engineering work in Alaska help connect your claims to real situations. This meets the task well, but some points are asserted more than fully explained. For instance, the Alaska example says women with engineering degrees cannot work in their field, but does not clarify how often on-site work creates a barrier or provide a specific illustration. The introduction also refers vaguely to women making “a big deal” in many fields. Develop the examples and explain more precisely how they demonstrate continuing inequality.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting separate reasons, and a conclusion that restates your position. Sequencing phrases such as “The foremost argument,” “Furthermore,” and “In conclusion” make the progression easy to follow. However, some linking is mechanical, and several sentences contain too many connected ideas, which makes the relationships between claims less clear. In the second body paragraph, the discussion moves from assumptions about strength to physical and mental burdens, then to education, training, and employment without clearly separating these points. References such as “this statement” and “it” are not always precise. Use fewer formulaic transitions and organise each paragraph around one clearly explained claim, followed by its example and consequence.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “stereotypical mindset,” “unequal treatment,” “discrimination,” and “preconceived opinion.” These choices show an effort to discuss social attitudes and workplace barriers. However, collocation and word choice are often inaccurate or repetitive, sometimes making the meaning difficult to follow. Phrases such as “make a big deal,” “fixed mind,” “men-power,” and “carry a burden on shoulder” are not natural in this context; “women suffers” also reflects an incorrect word form. Repeated use of “huge,” “many,” and “proper” limits precision. Build a more reliable set of expressions for equality and employment, and check whether each phrase sounds natural in its sentence. More accurate collocations would make your ideas clearer and more persuasive.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “although,” “where,” and “because,” but control is inconsistent. Errors in agreement and verb forms occur in examples such as “women has,” “beliefs that leads,” and “women suffers.” Sentence construction is also faulty in “they cannot able to use it” and “job-role is only belongs to men.” Articles, plurals, and punctuation need attention too; for example, “in many part” should use a plural form, and several sentences have unnecessary spaces or commas. These errors sometimes make the reader work to understand your meaning, especially in the long workplace paragraph. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement and build complex sentences from shorter, clearly controlled clauses.
