Student answer (Band 5.0)
Over the past 5 decades , the role of women in society is changed very much . because of this , I completely agree that genuine gender equality has not yet been accept in the most of countries .
It is acceptable that the status of women has been very changed for the past 50 years . However, I disagree with the vie of societies have failed to accept the reality and equality of gender, as women is enjoyed many of the opportunities as men.
While the position of women is very changed over the past 50 years , and the society still dont agree with the gender equality. Although women have made great progress in education and employment still exit in other cities.
For example , You can see the women in every fields . they work like a men and walk with them shoulder to shoulder Women are now more educated than mens , work in professional jobs , and have more legal rights than before . However , I partly agree that gender equality has not been fully achieved , because women still face challenges like the pay gap and fewer opportunities in leadership positions.
Now women are also in politics and there is no field in which women are not . There is no doubt that women role and status is changes very much . no doubt in society there are severals of people some are agree to the women who worked some always be negative and not allowed the women to go outside and work

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by acknowledging the progress of women and the remaining challenges. However, the position is inconsistent; the introduction states you 'completely agree' that equality has not been achieved, but the second paragraph states you 'disagree with the view' that societies have failed to achieve equality. This contradiction makes your overall stance unclear. While you provide some relevant points regarding education, employment, and the pay gap, the development is somewhat superficial and repetitive. To improve, ensure your position is clearly defined in the introduction and maintained consistently throughout the essay, with each paragraph focusing on a distinct, well-supported argument rather than repeating the same general observations.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is divided into paragraphs, but the logical flow is disrupted by contradictory statements and disjointed transitions. For instance, the transition between the second and third paragraphs is abrupt, and the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate, such as the repetitive use of 'However' and 'Although' without clear logical connection to the preceding clauses. Referencing is sometimes unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow your line of reasoning. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'nonetheless') and ensure that each paragraph builds logically upon the previous one to create a cohesive argument.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and often repetitive, relying on basic phrasing like 'very changed' or 'no doubt'. There are several instances of word-choice errors and awkward collocations, such as 'genuine gender equality has not yet been accept' (should be 'accepted') and 'women is enjoyed' (should be 'women have enjoyed'). You attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'pay gap' and 'leadership positions', but the overall range is insufficient to express complex ideas with precision. To improve, work on learning word families and collocations, and try to avoid repeating the same basic verbs and adjectives throughout your writing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement ('women is enjoyed', 'women role and status is changes'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are simple or contain errors in complex structures, such as 'no doubt in society there are severals of people some are agree to the women who worked'. The punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma placement. To improve, focus on mastering basic subject-verb agreement and sentence construction. Proofreading for common errors like pluralization and verb tense consistency will significantly enhance the clarity of your writing.
