It is generally believed that women position change in numerous societies over the last five decades. While women are unable to achieve gender equality. In my opinion, I am some extent agree that females still unable to obtain equality in some sectors, however, there are some societies where females stands equal level like man.
Undoubtedly, there are several reason why woman have equality in this contemporary era .The predominant factor is that females have equal right to give vote as compared to past. For instance, woman can choose their own political leader just like men by giving vote. As a result, they have freedom like males. In addition to this, in past, Woman was not allowed to take education, due this almost 80% of woman was illiterate. Owing to advance, females have fundamental right to get formal education just like man. For example, a survey did in colleges in India and it found that men and women both were doing same level education in same classes. Therefore, a few societies achieve gender equality.
However, there are few sectors where societies cannot claim to have achieved gender equality. One the of key factor is that, majority of firms provide most of their jobs to men. As they believe that women are not capable to improve their companies progress and they are vulnerable to take sentimental decisions. Hence, gender inequality is still in some communities.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing both the progress made in gender equality and the remaining challenges. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. For example, the argument regarding political rights is clear, but the point about employment is under-developed and relies on generalizations about women being 'vulnerable to take sentimental decisions.' While the position is clear, the supporting evidence could be more sophisticated to reach a higher band. The essay covers all parts of the task, but the depth of analysis is limited, which prevents it from reaching the higher bands.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'Undoubtedly,' 'In addition to this,' and 'However,' which help guide the reader. However, some transitions feel mechanical, and there are instances where the flow is slightly disrupted by grammatical errors. Referencing is generally clear, but the connection between sentences could be smoother. The paragraphing is appropriate, and the overall progression of ideas is logical, moving from progress in rights to remaining barriers in the workplace.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. There are several instances of awkward phrasing, such as 'women position change' instead of 'the position of women has changed' and 'sentimental decisions' which is not the most natural collocation in this context. The student attempts to use some academic vocabulary, but the control is inconsistent. Spelling is mostly accurate, but the limited variety of vocabulary restricts the score to the 6.0 level.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, such as 'I am some extent agree,' 'females stands equal level,' and 'a survey did in colleges.' These errors are noticeable and sometimes impede the flow of reading, although they do not completely obscure the meaning. The control over subject-verb agreement and article usage is inconsistent. To improve, the student should focus on basic sentence construction and proofreading for common grammatical slips.
