Student answer (Band 6.0)
In recent years, there has been a notable shift in the role of women, particularly in terms of employment outside or inside the home. Some people counter-claimed that, it is negative development to the society. In my perception, I agree with the larger extent that women get an opportunity to work in each and every sectors like, hospitality, banks and many more.
To begin with, it is now accepted that young women should find work on leaving school, indeed to rely totally on their parents financial support is no longer an option for many families. Likewise, once they get married, the majority of women continue workig since the financial pressures of setting up a house and establishing a reasonable standard of living often require two incomes.
Twenty years ago it was common for women to give up work once they had children and devote their time to caring for their children. This is no longer the general rule and provision of professionally-run child care facilities and day nurseries have removed much of the responsibility for child-rearing used to fall to mothers. However, these facilites come at cost and often require two salaries comminh into a family to be afforded. Morever, government also promote more campigns related to the education. To cite an example, Indian government has been introduced new law in 2014. These law is "beti padhao beti bachao". As a result, many girls are educated without any cost. Beside this the government also get an opportunity in each and every departments.
To conclude, it is not mandatory that women have only one responsibily to take of their children and family. Females are work in every fields so many relatives feel proud and support them to work.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing the changing roles of women and whether gender equality has been achieved, taking a clear supportive position that women are entering various sectors. However, the connection to the prompt is slightly muddled in the introduction, where the student mentions some people view this as a negative development without fully developing that counter-argument. Ideas are presented, such as economic necessity and government initiatives like 'beti padhao beti bachao', but some points lack full extension and rely on somewhat generalised assertions. According to the Band 6 descriptors, the task is addressed, but certain ideas remain under-developed or unclear.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay displays a coherent overall arrangement with clear paragraphing, moving logically from an introduction to body paragraphs discussing economic factors and government policies, followed by a conclusion. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'To begin with', 'Likewise', and 'To conclude'. However, referencing and transitions are at times faulty or mechanical, as seen in abrupt shifts between sentences in the third paragraph ('Beside this the government also get an opportunity in each and every departments'). Paragraphing is present and generally appropriate, but the internal logical flow of sentences occasionally stumbles, fitting the Band 6 descriptor profile.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The student demonstrates an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, successfully attempting less common items such as 'financial pressures', 'standard of living', and 'government initiatives'. However, there are noticeable spelling and word-choice errors throughout the text, including 'counter-claimed', 'workig', 'comminh', 'Morever', and awkward phrasing like 'women get an opportunity to work in each and every sectors'. Despite these inaccuracies, communication is rarely impeded, and the vocabulary is sufficient to convey the intended meaning, aligning well with the Band 6 descriptors.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The response uses a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, demonstrating some ambitious structures such as relative clauses and conditional-like ideas. However, frequent grammatical errors and punctuation issues persist, including subject-verb agreement problems ('government also promote', 'These law is'), missing articles, and awkward verb forms ('Females are work'). These errors occasionally cause slight difficulty for the reader, though they do not completely obscure meaning. This performance is characteristic of the Band 5 descriptor, where a limited range of structures is used and attempts at complex sentences often contain faults.
