Student answer (Band 5.0)
It is often argued that the women has changed a great deal in many societies. In my opinion, I completely partially agree with this view because of women's sports & women's protest towards men's.
First & foremost, there are clear reasons why women has changed the society because back to past like 30-40 years ago the women's of our society were not able to raise voice for their freedom or for their rights but in modern time period everything has changed. The women's community has done protest and raise their voice for their rights so they can prove themselves that they can achieve something for their society rather than being a housewife for rest of her life. For example, in recents women's sports is growing too much sports like cricket, football, UFC. Women's has separate rules for these sports so they can achieve rewards not only for themselves but also their family, society & country. Consequently, the thinking of people have to be changed because human beings are made by gods that's why all of us are equal. Everybody has equal rights for themself.
Furthermore, I believe that the women's protest towards mens doesn't make a specific reason. The primary reason for the womens protest is that the slightly rise of crime like rape and sexual harasement. For exampple, Womens community is doing protest for a topic which is that womens doesn't need men anymore. I totally disagree with this protest because i think that due to some rapist womens doesn't have rights to poke whole mens community. And in this time mens also are not safe because some news has totally shocked whole men community. Recently, some news came out where a girl do a arrange marriage ad later she killed her husband because her husband knows that she has affair with multiple boys. In this time period, both men are women are not fully right and not fully wrong.
In conclusion, although there are minor arguments against this, I strongly believe that both men and women community have to support each other to build a good humanity in society and to achieve something that will be proudfull for themself, for their family, society & country.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
The response addresses the prompt only partially, capturing the broad theme of women's changing roles and gender equality, but struggling to maintain a clear and consistent position throughout. The writer attempts to express a nuanced view by stating 'I completely partially agree', which introduces confusion right from the introduction. Ideas regarding women's protests and sports are introduced as supporting points, but they remain limited and under-developed, relying on sweeping generalisations rather than well-supported arguments. For instance, the discussion moves abruptly from women's sports to protests against crime and then to specific personal anecdotes without a clear, logical link to the overarching debate of whether gender equality has been achieved. To move to a higher band, the writer needs to present a transparent, unambiguous position in the introduction and ensure that all main ideas are thoroughly extended with relevant explanations and pertinent examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some basic organisation present, evident through the use of standard paragraph breaks and transitional markers such as 'First & foremost' and 'In conclusion'. However, the response lacks clear overall progression and logical flow between sentences and paragraphs. The transitions feel mechanical, and the relationships between ideas are often obscure, such as the abrupt shift from sports achievements to crime rates within the body paragraphs. Furthermore, referencing is occasionally unclear, leaving the reader to guess the connection between pronouns and their antecedents. Paragraphing is utilised, but the internal structure of the paragraphs suffers from disjointed sentences. To achieve a higher level of coherence and cohesion, the writer must ensure that ideas follow a logical sequence, use a wider and more natural range of cohesive devices without over-relying on basic connectors, and maintain a clear thematic progression throughout.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited but minimally adequate to convey basic points about society and protests. There are noticeable errors in word choice, word form, and collocation that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader, such as 'women has changed', 'sexual harasement', and 'proudfull'. The writer attempts to use some less common items like 'community' and 'generation', but these attempts are often accompanied by inaccuracies. Spelling errors also appear in the text, which detracts from the overall lexical control. To improve lexical resource and reach a higher band, the writer needs to expand their vocabulary range, pay closer attention to word formation and spelling, and ensure that words are chosen precisely to fit the specific context rather than relying on repetitive and basic phrasing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response displays a very limited range of grammatical structures, relying heavily on simple sentences alongside poorly controlled attempts at complex forms. Frequent errors in grammar and punctuation are present throughout the text, particularly regarding subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'the women has changed', 'women has separate rules', 'womens doesn't have'), pluralisation, and article usage. These frequent errors can cause difficulty for the reader and obscure the intended meaning in several places. To progress to a higher band, the writer must demonstrate greater control over basic grammatical rules, reduce the frequency of agreement and tense errors, and successfully incorporate a wider variety of accurate complex sentence structures with appropriate punctuation.
