Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is argued that although the standard of women has changed a great deal in different part of societies with variety of roles over the past 50 years however some part of community still deny to claim the equality in gender. In my opinion both the male and female has equally devoted to the work with their own capabilities and responsiblity somehow there are still several areas where women face challanges compared to male.
On the one hand, over the past 5 decades, women's social, professional and legal status has undoubtedly advanced. Today they live the life of their choice and have jobs in interested field compared to the past lives of women. The girls go to school and university to get proper education. Also in many countries there are mentioned rules and rights for the purpose of women safety. Because of these changes, they have freedom and financial independence in their growth.
On the second hand, real equality has not beed equally reached to every parts of the world. First of all, the gender pay gap still exists, meaning women are often paid less then men for doing similar jobs. Furthermore, many believes that women must be engaged with the household works and childcare rather thenm getting envolved in economic field. Lastly, safety is a big issue for women. In many places, women are still unsecure and are mistreated in public and workplaces alone wtih the small female childrens.
In conclusion, eventhough women have made great progress over the past decades, gender equality is still not a reality. To achieve true equality the societies should treat them fairly at work , share domestic responsibilities and ensure their securities.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your response addresses both sides of the prompt and gives a clear overall view: women’s position has improved, but equality has not been achieved. Relevant points include education, employment, legal protections, the pay gap, domestic expectations and safety. The examples are appropriate, and the conclusion returns to your position with practical measures. However, some points are asserted rather than explained. For instance, the discussion of education and financial independence does not show how these changes affect equality, while the claims about pay and household roles would benefit from a specific example or explanation of their consequences. Develop these ideas more fully and make the extent of your agreement explicit in the introduction.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a coherent overall structure: an introduction, two contrasting body paragraphs and a conclusion. The progression from advances in women’s status to continuing inequalities is easy to follow, and signposts such as “On the one hand,” “First of all” and “In conclusion” help guide the reader. However, some linking is mechanical, and “On the second hand” is not the natural counterpart to “On the one hand”; use “On the other hand.” Connections between individual claims could also be clearer. For example, the sentence about safety introduces a new point without explaining how it relates to the preceding discussion. Use transitions selectively and build clearer links between each claim and its explanation.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of vocabulary for the topic, including “financial independence,” “gender pay gap,” “childcare” and “domestic responsibilities.” These terms help communicate the main ideas, and the meaning is generally understandable. However, inaccurate word choice, collocation and spelling are noticeable and sometimes make the phrasing awkward, as in “standard of women,” “jobs in interested field,” “unsecure” and “their securities.” There are also spelling errors such as “responsiblity” and “challanges.” Aim for more natural topic-specific expressions and check spelling carefully. For example, “women’s status” is more idiomatic than “standard of women,” and “job security” or “safety” is clearer than “their securities.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a contrastive opening and sentences with “meaning” and “compared to.” The overall message remains understandable, but errors in agreement, verb forms, articles and sentence construction are frequent enough to limit accuracy. Examples include “both the male and female has,” “real equality has not beed equally reached,” and “many believes.” The opening sentence also combines “although” with “however,” creating an awkward structure. Work on subject–verb agreement and form, and make complex sentences simpler when needed: for example, write “Although women’s status has improved, some communities still do not accept gender equality.” Careful proofreading for punctuation and sentence boundaries would improve control.
