Student answer (Band 5.0)

Over past decades, the state lf females has changed a great deal in the environment over last five decades. However, individuals who carry this notion does to claim to have equality in terms of gender. I firmly believe that, women had created a huge impact in the society as working in .any different field like as a techer , doctor and serving in many other occupation which helps in the developing in the society and encouraged other girls to step out and break all limits.

To begin with, society cannot be able to run by one gender as both male and female need to contribute equally in the society but few individuals carry this belive that women cannot do anything. However, this ideology is about to break in upcoming years as women start doing activities that only men do and they are helping the country in the terms of growth. Womens are creating a cultural shift which seems to imposible earlier and this all happen because of education.

In addition, these type of act and examples might help other female to break all the limits despite of different challenges. These examples works as a fire for many girl who are not privileged or who are not allowed to study becaused pf patriarchy that is being done from many years. If the girl earns money then she can help her family and can contribute in nations Gross Domestic Product.

To conclude, it is very important for women to spread out their legs in the society and start contributing in the organisation which could lead coinyto reach at great heights and also it can act as a example who are being restricted ro study.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You express a relevant view that women’s growing participation in work and education has benefited society, and you give examples such as women working as teachers and doctors and contributing to national income. However, the response only partly addresses the central question: it does not clearly explain whether these changes mean gender equality has or has not been achieved. The opening says you believe women have made an impact, but this is not the same as stating your position on equality, and the conclusion focuses on women contributing more. Several claims, including that women’s examples will help others, are asserted rather than explained or supported. State your agreement or disagreement directly, then develop reasons that compare progress with continuing inequalities.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. Paragraphs generally keep to related themes: women’s participation and the influence of role models. Linking phrases such as “To begin with,” “In addition,” and “To conclude” help signal the stages of the essay. However, progression is not always clear: the first body paragraph moves from equal contribution to prejudice, future change, and education without fully connecting these points. Some references are also unclear, as in “these type of act and examples.” The conclusion introduces the image “spread out their legs,” which disrupts the argument rather than summarising it. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example explicitly to your position.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “cultural shift,” “patriarchy,” “privileged,” and “Gross Domestic Product.” These choices show an effort to discuss social change beyond very basic terms. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate or unnatural expressions make meaning difficult to follow, such as “the state lf females,” “spread out their legs,” and “act as a fire.” Spelling and word-form errors, including “belive,” “imposible,” and “Womens,” are also noticeable. Aim for precise, natural collocations and check spelling carefully. For example, use “women’s status,” “serve as role models,” and “participate in society” to express your ideas clearly and appropriately.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including clauses with “as,” “which,” and “if,” so there is some variety in structure. However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors can make the reader work to understand your meaning. Examples include “individuals who carry this notion does to claim,” “society cannot be able to run,” and “These examples works,” where verb forms or agreement are incorrect. Articles and sentence construction are also problematic in phrases such as “as a example” and “contribute in the organisation.” Some punctuation and spacing are inconsistent. Practise building accurate subject–verb patterns first, then add subordinate clauses and check each sentence for agreement and complete, logical structure.
