Student answer (Band 5.0)
The situation of women has transformed greatly in many societies over the last 5 decades. However, these communities cannot proclaim to have acquired gender equality. While some people may argue about this view. I completely agree with this statement. Although, women get some basic rights but we cannot claim it a gender equality.
On the one hand, it brings many positive changes. it creates millions of jobs for women in hotels, restaurents and trasnport. For instance, many developing countries promote their women along with men to make their economy stable. Females are also taking part in certain activities that were once considered suitable only for men. Because of these some positive changes authorities often overlook the negative sides of giving to many rights. So government should protect the rights of other communities.
On the other hand, mass rights for women causes serious damage. Environmentally, it gives the feel superiority over other communities which leads to some drastic consequences. To illustrate, in developed countries women have a right to work with men but the authorities fixed their limits and tells them you are not perfect for everything. Therefore, this act makes them feel that we are same like other communities we are not superior.
In conclusion, women involvement or freedom is good for countrys' economy. But it can cause some serious problems if we let them free-handed. Freedom is a right of every living thing. In my opinion, government should not only focus on countrys' economy they should protect the rights of other public.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You state a clear overall view in the introduction (“I completely agree”), and the conclusion returns to the idea that women’s freedom should be protected. However, the response only partially addresses the question because it does not explain convincingly why societies have not achieved gender equality. The discussion of jobs and women entering traditionally male activities is relevant, but the claim that “mass rights for women causes serious damage” is unclear and unsupported. The examples about government limits and women being told they are “not perfect for everything” do not establish how these limits demonstrate inequality. Develop a consistent argument about continuing gaps, such as pay, leadership, or unequal responsibilities, and explain each example clearly.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion, so there is an attempt to organise the discussion. The contrast markers “On the one hand” and “On the other hand” also signal a change in direction. However, the overall progression is difficult to follow because the relationship between several claims is unclear. For example, the first body paragraph moves from women’s employment to authorities overlooking negative effects and then to protecting other communities. The second paragraph’s ideas about superiority and government-imposed limits are also not clearly connected. Some linking phrases, such as “Because of these” and “Therefore,” do not make the logic easier to understand. Build each paragraph around one main point and use clear explanations to connect its examples to your position.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “gender equality,” “basic rights,” “developing countries,” and “economy,” and you attempt more formal expressions such as “drastic consequences.” This gives you a minimally adequate range for discussing the topic. However, word choice and collocation are often inaccurate or unclear, sometimes making the intended meaning difficult to identify. Phrases such as “mass rights,” “feel superiority,” and “free-handed” do not express the ideas naturally in this context. There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “restaurents,” “trasnport,” and “countrys’.” Aim for precise, conventional phrases and check spelling carefully; clearer vocabulary will help your argument sound more credible and be easier to follow.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt a mixture of simple and complex sentences, including clauses beginning with “Although” and “Because,” and you use some subordination to explain examples. However, the range is limited, and complex structures are often incomplete or inaccurately formed. For instance, “While some people may argue about this view” is a fragment, while “Although, women get some basic rights but…” combines two contrasting structures incorrectly. Agreement errors appear in “mass rights … causes” and “the authorities … tells,” and articles or sentence boundaries are sometimes missing or misplaced. These errors can make relationships between ideas harder to understand. Practise forming complete sentences with one clear main clause, then check subject–verb agreement and punctuation.
