Student answer (Band 4.0)

First of all i am happy to show my openion about this topic. I am agree with system i'm also against it .I think countries that provide all work and responsibilities to all mens and womens they are best countries and developed countries in the world. My openion is that all countries should provide general seats equally among womens and mens because this is everyone's right and they must get this oppurtunity for givingher and his own duties to for his/her countries because there is nothing descrimination between the males and females. I think when a country gives a chance to there all genders it would be a best decision for better growth of a country than a country who do not gives this chance to his all genders. When a country doing according to this methodology so it could be better for a country's growth and for the next generation. When a country distribute this opportunity equally so there is nothing happened wrong for the country benifits.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.0

You express a general view that women and men should receive equal opportunities, especially in work and public responsibilities. However, the position is difficult to interpret because you say both “I am agree with system” and “I’m also against it,” without clarifying what you agree or disagree with. The response also does not directly explain whether societies have achieved gender equality, and it gives no specific examples or developed reasons to support its claims. The response is below the required 250 words, which limits how fully you can address the question. To improve, state your degree of agreement clearly, explain two relevant reasons why equality has or has not been achieved, and support each with a concrete example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 3.5

The response stays broadly focused on equal opportunities, and phrases such as “I think” and “When a country” signal your opinions and reasoning. However, it is presented as one continuous paragraph, so the reader cannot easily distinguish an introduction, supporting points, and a conclusion. Several sentences repeat the same idea—that equal opportunities benefit a country—without adding a new step to the argument. The link between “I am agree with system” and “I’m also against it” is also unclear. Organise the essay into paragraphs, give each body paragraph one distinct reason, and use clear links such as “Furthermore” or “For example” to show how evidence supports your position.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “responsibilities,” “genders,” “opportunity,” and “growth,” so the general subject is recognisable. However, the range is narrow and several expressions are repeated, particularly “country,” “chance,” and “opportunity.” Some word choices and collocations are inaccurate or unclear, such as “general seats,” “givingher and his own duties,” and “country benefits.” Spelling errors, including “openion,” “oppurtunity,” and “descrimination,” also reduce accuracy. Build a more precise set of phrases for this topic, such as “equal access to employment,” “decision-making roles,” and “gender discrimination,” and check spelling and natural word combinations before submitting.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with clauses, for example, “When a country gives a chance … it would be a best decision.” This shows an effort to connect ideas, but control is inconsistent: “I am agree” should be “I agree,” and “a country … do not gives” has errors in subject–verb agreement and verb form. Other examples include “they are best countries” and “a country gives … it would be,” where articles and tense consistency need attention. Punctuation and spacing are also unreliable, making some sentences harder to follow. Practise accurate present-tense patterns and agreement, then build longer sentences from those reliable forms; use full stops to separate complete ideas.
