Dear Maa'm/Sir,

I recently came across with a job posting for waitresses and waiters in the newspaper for your restaurant. I am delighted to present myself for this position and hoping to be included in your team in the future.

I am currently working in a cafe as a barista for 5 years now. I am ready to bring the skills and experience I've learned to a different place where I believe I can be an asset. Since working in a fast-paced environment is not new to me, multitasking and being a team player are my biggest strength. I am also time efficient and patient which I believe are necessary in running a restaurant.
