Student answer (Band 7.5)

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to apply for the position of waiter advertised in the Daily News on 19th September.

Currently, I am a final-year student of BS Chemistry at the University of Malakand. I attend classes in the morning, but I am completely free in the evenings and on weekends, so I am looking for a part-time job to support my studies.

I believe I am suitable for this area of work for several reasons. Firstly, I have previous experience working as a waiter for six months at a local restaurant in Dargai, where I learned how to deal with customers politely and work under pressure. Secondly, I am very punctual, hardworking, and have good communication skills in English, Urdu, and Pashto. I am also a quick learner and can work well in a team.

I am available for an interview at any time next week, including evenings. I can also start working immediately if selected.
