Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address the main points by saying you are studying and seeking work, describing communication skills, language ability and previous restaurant experience, and offering weekend availability for an interview. These details are relevant, but they are brief and some are unclear: “currently doing studies for my part time job” does not clearly explain your current situation, and “During weekend I can attend an interview” gives no specific times. The letter also lacks a clear, appropriately formal application opening and closing. The response is 13 words below the required minimum, which limits the space available to develop your suitability and explain your current studies. Add specific examples of your duties and give a clear interview time.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The information follows a broadly sensible order: you mention the advertisement, your current situation, your qualifications and experience, then interview availability. However, it is presented as one long block, so the reader has little visual guidance between these points. Several ideas are joined with full stops or run together without clear transitions, as in “I think I am suitable for this job .I also have a character certificate.” The final sentence combines thanks, an offer to provide details and a reference to your CV, making the progression difficult to follow. Use short paragraphs for your application, suitability and availability, and connect related points with simple, accurate linking phrases.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use relevant vocabulary for a job application, including “advertisement,” “five star restaurant,” “communications skills,” and “certificate of appreciation.” This gives the reader a basic understanding of your experience and strengths. However, the range is limited, and some phrases are imprecise or unnatural, such as “doing studies for my part time job” and “manage many customers at a same time.” “Good personality” is also too general to show why you would be effective in customer service. Choose more specific terms for your experience and qualities, such as describing how you handled busy service periods or assisted guests. More precise collocations would make the application sound clearer and more professional.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

Your response communicates its main message through mostly simple sentence patterns, but there is limited variety in sentence structure. Errors in sentence boundaries, punctuation and sentence construction sometimes make the meaning harder to follow. For example, “Hi ,I hope you are doing well i have seen your advertisement” joins separate ideas without appropriate capitalisation or punctuation, while “I am currently doing studies for my part time job I want it” contains an unclear structure. There are also problems with articles and prepositions in “at a same time” and “During weekend.” Use complete sentences, capitalise “I,” and check articles and prepositions. A few carefully controlled complex sentences would also demonstrate a wider grammatical range.
