The bar chart below shows the average number of hours that women in various age groups and women with varying levels of education spend on primary activities each week.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The graph indicates average time spent by women from varying educational levels and from varying age groups on primary activities.

Generally, Most groups from age and educational attainment spend the majority of their time in leisure and sports activities, while spending the least of their time in household activities.

Next, women in the age groups 25-54 manage their time prioritize it to work and leisure activities, while household activities have less priority.

Furthermore, The more woman have a higher educational degree, the less their time is spent in leisure activities and the more it is spent in work activities, while time spent for household activities remains consistent regardless of their education.

Notably, women with age groups of 65 and over tend to spend the most amount of time leisure and sports activities, while maintaining household activities. They also the least amount of time in working and work related activities.

In addition to this, women from age group 15-19 follow the same trend of spending most of their time in leisure and sports activities, while spending the least amount of time for work and for household activities.

Overall, woman tend to prioritize sports and leisure activities while organizing other activities based on their educational attainment and age.
